Third time here for lunch. I first tried it after getting my nails done next door & noticed the place was packed. Looked clean & food fresh. I love their fried rice & chow mein. So good and not greasy. Previously tried teriyaki chicken and veggies. Delish! Today had one item combo with chicken & bean sprouts. Very tasty.

Great bang for the buck. This place really puts Panda Express to shame. I love the orange chicken, fried shrimp, BBQ pork, beef broccoli. They also have the best noodles. I true gem when I’m in the area. Love to support small local business.

Panda bowl… I had way better food ! My other half wanted to try it out, he liked the boba. As far as the food, I’d go somewhere else not a great taste it’s just ehhh. The only thing I ended up enjoying was the Orange chicken(eating area really clean that’s a plus)

I’ve been living in this neighborhood for 2 Years and always hesitated to try it. But after reading the reviews and being mad hungry I decides to go band I have to say it was great. And yes the portions are big, my hubby couldn’t finish his full plate.

I read old reviews about this place and I was hesitating to try but I did. Awesome food, friendly staffs, and clean tables and chairs. Lots of scrambled egg in the fried rice with good flavor, the portion of my order was amazing– may be a bit too much for me:) The windows at the choosing area(don’t know how to describe) were super clean– better than any Chinese express places including Panda Express. All the meats and veggies were perfectly cooked and they were FRESH and CRUNCHY. The only issue was the atmosphere of the mall; too many ghettos. Hence, I would never go there after sunset.

just went here for dinner tonight with the kids. the lady that helped us was very rude! she act like she didn’t want to help us, and when my son asked for a sample she acted like she didn’t want to do it. any way the food was ok and it didn’t really have a lot of flavor. i’ll be going to some other place next time!!!

It’s on par with Panda Express, but for less. The food will fill you up and it’s good. Not«wow» good, but good. You get quite a large amount of food that will fill you up. I got the terriyaki chicken and the bbq pork. Both were cooked well, the meats were tender and flavorful. The fried rice tastes like plain rice with soy sauce. Personally, I can’t eat white rice by itself. I add soy sauce, so I like it this way. The noodles are hard to describe. There isn’t anything wrong with them, and there isn’t anything that catches your attention… again, hard to describe. This is a cash only place, they do have an ATM on site that’s not affiliated with any bank. So, you will pay a fee. The place is on the small side, probably fits around 20 people. They do have Sriracha on the front, which makes just about any food a lot better. If you are looking for more traditional Chinese food, you are better off going to Alhambra or Monterrey Park.

I got the orange chicken + spicy chicken, and I thought it was really good! The rice also wasn’t too bad, and the food was nice and warm. The box was also filled up very full, so this isn’t as bad a place as you might think! The two stars off is for how dirty it is and the below average service.

I HATE Panda Express! It’s fake as hell! But PANDABOWL! Ohhhh YES! So when I saw this little ghetto spot, I had to go. It reminded me of Tastees by the Vons up Orange Grove because they both are Asian owned && they both sell burgers Lol Tastees is known for donuts & breakfast burritos yet you see burgers. This place has Asian boba looking drinks & asian food yet they’ve got shrimp baskets & burgers too haha I love hown their lo mein isn’t even greasy. The fried rice is perfect && the soy sauce isn’t at all overpowering(like at other places). My favorite is the spicy wings & teriyaki chicken. The other day my boyfriend decided he’d try the burger & thanks to him, I wish I had gotten one too! It had grilled onions inside! The patty was perfectly seasoned & was on sesame bread with some lettuce, tomato, & thousand island. I still like the Fair Oaks burger up in Altadena better, but this place is real good too. Give it a try!

I went to this place, because a co worker suggested it. Saying the food was good and gave you a good amount of food for your money. Over all I thought the fried rice had no flavor, the chow mein was burnt and had no flavor. I also ordered the bbq chicken wings and the mongolian chicken, the mongolian chicken was alright and the chicken wings were pretty good. I had to drench my whole meal in spicy sauce to give it some type of favor. I won’t be going back, I’m sure there’s a better place that is reasonable around pasadena.

I was not happy! The coupon that I received makes poor use of the English language so, I misunderstood that I had to buy 3 combo to receive 1 combo free. I thought it was buy a 3 item combo and receive a two item combo free. Now, that would have been a deal. I ordered anyway. What was on the menu sure didn’t look like what was under the heat lamps. I ordered anyway. This food had to have MSG in it because it just wasn’t sittin’ right. I do not think I will be returning. A bit of nostalgia, this place was once a five and dime, back in the day, I would buy my Caravel bars there… I wish they still had them…
