I really do like this Panera Bread location. There is plenty of parking. The staff are friendly and the place is very clean. We both ordered the same salad: a Cobb salad with avocado. Even though they were half size portions they were very filling. We will definitely be back.

When I had visited Panera locations before it had always been to pick up a bagel and be on my way. Today I actually sat at a table and enjoyed a meal. Had the Thai Chicken Salad. I would have thought it would be a little bigger for the price, but what do I know? It came with a piece of a baguette, which was also tasty.

Sadly disappointed. We ordered and paid for our food online for quick pick up. When we got there, we were glad that we checked our order. My wife ordered a flatbread. When she checked, it was the ingredients of a flatbread… with regular sandwich bread. When she asked, she was told that they were out of flatbread. Panera, you have a phone number to reach us attached to the account we created online. Next time, use it to call your customers to let them know if their order can’t be fulfilled according to their wishes. The order could have been changed, avoiding some disappointment. After that, it was noticed that the dessert cookies weren’t placed with our order. Instead of checking, the manager began to argue with my wife that the cookies had been placed with the order and that they had already been picked up. When finally convinced that the cookies weren’t in the bag, the manager rudely handed them across the counter and wanted to deal with us no longer. The quality of food isn’t overly fantastic to begin with, but the lack of professionalism puts this review over the top.

Love coming here for the Power Kale salad and their Green Passion Power smoothie. They have a nice assortment of fresh baked goods all day. There is sometimes a long line during typical lunch hours but the staff works pretty quick to alleviate the wait time.

I like Panera’s as a chain. I’ve eaten at a lot of Panera’s over the years. They’re mostly all the same, but not this one: this is a bad one. The tables are dirty, as is the floor. The layout is really bad. The register crew don’t know what they’re doing and the food comes out wrong. Wanted to pick from the list of sides? Nooooope ! I don’t know what is going on here at this location but I don’t want any part of it.

Absolutely the most disgusting place I’ve ever eaten at. Every table in the restaurant was filthy and patrons were having to clean their own tables and wipe it down while employees stood around and played on their phones. I asked to speak to a manager and a woman came up to me in a t-shirt and a jacket that resembled nothing of a manager and did not seem to care. My food order was a simple Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad with no croutons and they managed to screw than up too. I would never give another dollar to Panera Bread again after this experience. What ever happened to having a sense of pride in your job?

I’ve been here a ton of times. I’ve only had one bad experience where I found a hair in my sandwich. After that I didn’t eat here for a while. My fav items on the menu are: Chicken Frontega sandwich, Thai salad, broccoli soup and hibiscus tea. I love the fact that Pamela bread brings your food to your table and they have signs that they do not want you to tip. The food comes out pretty fast after your order.

Terrible! This was my second time to try Panera and it will be my last. The first time there was a bug in my food. Then this time(a few years later) we ordered and then sat to wait for our food to go. The restaurant was so dirty, I almost cancelled my order. There were sticky, dirty tables everywhere and at the drink area the floor looked like it had not been mopped on years. Then our sandwiches were just ok. Wilted lettuce, dry sandwiches. We won’t need to return.

I was planning a breakfast for out of town guests at our office. I knew that I would be pressed for time that morning so I placed an order, and paid for it, online the day before. The instructions said to pick up my order at the pick up counter when I arrived and that I would not have to wait in line. I scheduled the pick up for 6:20 am. When I arrived I went to the pick up counter. After a few minutes I finally got the attention of the person working behind the counter. He said I would have to pick up my order at the order counter. After waiting in line behind 5 people I still had to wait for my order to be made. I do not understand the point of online ordering if you still have to wait. What should have taken about 3 minutes took nearly 15 minutes. Very disappointed.

As a native Missourian(Panera originates from St. Louis, y’all!) it kills me to leave this place a less than stellar review. I’ve visited this particular Panera location about a dozen times now. It’s close to home, and I’m addicted to Panera’s broccoli cheese soup. This location has been a disappointment almost every time. Here’s what they do well: the baguette I get as a side to my meal is consistently the largest baguette serving I’ve gotten at any Panera, ever, and it’s always tasty and fresh. The bread and pastry selection is good, and my food arrives quick. Here’s the not so good: The parking is atrocious. If you go at lunch expect to circle the lot at least three times, and be ready to aggressively steal spots from other hapless lunch-goers. The service is nothing to brag about. Lines are often long, cashiers are friendly, but slow. And more than one time there have been entire registered closed because the cashiers messed up an order and the managers aren’t available to help fix things. From my perspective they seem far understaffed during the lunch rush. The food is less than stellar. The soup, for example is never the same consistency twice. Overall, this place is a disappointment. I love Panera, and I’ll still keep coming here to get my fix as this is the only Panera nearby, but I’m not impressed nor pleased.

Fast service in the morning with not a lot of people which is good. Come in the morning for that morning café vibe. If you come during lunch hour, it’s feels like any other lunch place. I ordered the Alfredo pasta with cheese and ice chai. The ice chai is literally ¾ ice for 3.79. Just might as well go to Starbucks and get a venti. But then again I can understand why they would charge that much because the chai was delicious !!! Too bad no free refill.

I love panera bread but I find it appalling at this particular location that the women’s restroom has no paper towels dispenser and it’s a roll on the soap dispenser!!! Also staff is not helpful at all a I felt rushed to order and get out of the way!!! But it’s the closest to my house so I will do to go next time

Good food, nice atmosphere but very young and incompetent staff. Every time I’ve been here the cashier has gotten my order wrong. They either do not listen or they don’t even know what food they offer. The manager is also nonexistent.

I’ve never had customer service quite like this. And it’s not too cold to study at like another certain place that frequents students.

The location is convenient and if the weather cooperates, outdoor seating is a plus. Usually, the array of baked goods is adequate, although it is best to arrive early in the day to get the best selection of baked breads and bagels. I enjoy the coffee selection, nothing gourmet mind you, but generally good for the price — if free refills were offered, I might give an extra star :) Best to avoid peak lunch hour and at times on weekends, as you may stand in line a bit. Overall ok, but they could improve the value of the sandwich offerings.

What is it with this place? The last few times I’ve visited, they were out of this bread or that bread(for sandwiches). Today I was offered white bread only. Are they not called Panera BREAD??? I wouldn’t have bothered writing a review had they at least been apologetic!

Yummmmy!!! The best French bread, sourdough bread(we always get a loaf or two for holidays), & spinach & artichoke egg souffles… Love their bagels, especially the asiago cheese… mmmmmmmm. I have had great soups & sandwiches here, and I have never been disappointed. When my mom and I came and had breakfast the other day, we had one of the best lattes ever…

Not my first visit. I had an Asian Salad. It was huge. Not as spicy as I had hoped. Dressing good(not great.) Chicken good(not great.) Overall, a good decent meal. Atmosphere: Clean. Plenty of seating. Popular restaurant. Service: Prompt. Food service quickly. Staff walk around checking on tables and satisfaction. Food: Fresh. Temperature was good.
