I love the food here, the freshness of the ingredients, the wood fired pizza and creative salads, the warm modern décor, the friendliness of the staff, and the cleanliness of the restaurant. It is an outstanding value for its price point and stands ahead of the sad old pizza restaurants in the area. The one thing I really dislike though is the loud dated Muzak. Please don’t make me feel like I’m on hold while I have my meal. The wonderful cuisine and fun vibe of the restaurant deserves background music to match it. Something like Sirius Coffeehouse would be much more appropriate. Also, please add some acoustic baffling in the ceiling to reduce the gymnasium like acoustics. Those two changes will make this restaurant feel like a genuine great place to relax and enjoy a great meal.

We used to order from here fairly often, but the price and quality of the food just isn’t worth it. Soggy wings, incorrect orders, etc. On a positive note, the delivery people are always friendly.

This place is horrible. The food is ok but you have to wait too long for your food. The parking is terrible and their carry out cars take up too much space too. Avoid this place unless you want to wait an hour for something that takes 20 minutes to prepare.

The food and staff are awesome. I only took off one star because their online ordering website is frustrating and definitely not user friendly.

Took a chance trying something new and was pleasantly surprised! Food was hot even though we are not close to their location. Food was great and they have more options then most carry outs. Will definitely keep them at the top of the list!

Best pizza spot in the area. Delivery times are always accurate. Food is always fresh. I order here at least once, sometimes twice, a week.

Standing in the restaurant as we speak, one hour total for a «20 min» carry out order. Literally standing for 40min, cooks joking around in the back, cashier who rang me up 40 min ago walks up to me and says«are you waiting for an order?» Yea. Will never come here again.

Finally! A decent takeout place in Glen Burnie. The food was great! We had a rustic sandwich, turkey burger and boneless wings. First up, the food is packaged really nicely — Cardboard boxes with the Pat’s logo on them. Delivery guy had logo on his shirt as well. Very professional, which is rare to see in the majority of takeout places. Prices are decent too, and the food portions are large. We’re looking forward to ordering from them again.

Food was amazing. Service was great and the place is clean. Plenty of comfy seating. And to top it off they deliver if you don’t want to leave the house. Great menu. Plenty of choices

I’m a huge fan of their delivery service. My schedule can be wonky & might not have a chance to make dinner. It’s nice to be able to order what I want & have it delivered at a later time. The food, wow. I really enjoy it. I’ve only had one dish that I wasn’t really fond of & that was a turkey burger, but that could have been my fault as I let it get cold. The chicken parm sandwich & meatball sandwich are very delicious. The Southwest egg rolls are phenomenal, & the loaded fries are sinful. The cost is very reasonable for portions that are generous. I definitely look forward to trying other dishes.

I just ordered food for delivery from here and it wasn’t anything special. My total was about $ 30, including a chicken Caesar wrap that comes with fries, and a cheesesteak that I ordered fries separately for. It came fairly quick, about a half hour from when I ordered. My wrap was pretty small, and the fries were in the same box as the wrap and there weren’t that many. My boyfriends cheesesteak had all of the topping piled over the bread so it really didn’t stay together, but his side of fries was huge! I put in the instructions that we both ordered honey mustard and they sent one. I can get the same thing at any other place for 20 including drinks so I don’t think I’d eat here again.

The Flyer brought us in for our very first Pat’s experience and the food will keep us coming back! We ordered Shrimp-Crab Bisque, Calamari(liked the honey mustard sauce too!) the Gyro and The Roasted Veggie Pizza. We loved every bite! Staff was very friendly and helpful! So happy to have a great place to go in the Dena!

So I have been pleasantly surprised. I had never been to a pats and I definitely didn’t expect what I walked into. Me and my husband decided to give this place a shot and I thought I was just another pizza joint. When we pulled up the outside had some serious curb appeal. It was welcoming and well decorated. When we walked inside you could see the stone oven and the chef cooking pizzas right in front of you. We grabbed a menu as to not stand at the registers deciding since we went sure what they had and what we wanted. We decided on 2 caesar salads and 2 slices of cheese pizza. I came to $ 22 with drinks which honestly did shock me a little. We found seats and waiting took in the atmosphere. Everything was very clean and well maintained, they had ample sitting and large beautiful tables, It felt like a fancy restaurant. A waitress brought out our food and my eyes got huge!!! These salads were NOJOKE!!! They were big! Fresh lettuce, large croutons, fresh graded cheese and a side of dressing with the cutest little finger size bread stick. The slices of pizza were standard New York size, but the cheese was a tad greasy… But Iam a little picky about grease(that what napkins are for) so no real complaint there. All in all the money was totally worth it for the quality and quantity.

Bottom Line: The marketing and building exterior make this place look better than it is. From the marketing and exterior, I really expected Pat’s Select to be a four-star establishment. In reality, the food is reasonably priced and tastes fine so Pat’s Select gets three stars from me. For example, the flyer I received in the mail showed a picture of a beautiful, gourmet-looking, roasted veggie pizza but what I actually got looked a lot different — here was less veggies on the pizza and they look like they were hazardously thrown on there. I had higher hopes for Pat’s Select but its clear to me that isn’t going to be my go to spot for gourmet pizza or gourmet anything else but I will go back, especially if they keep printing great coupons.

We put in an order for 1 large Hawaiian pizza using the online ordering system. Through their site, I was able to attach current coupons/specials and got a $ 3 off coupon for the large pizza. It was an easy enough check out system and delivery was only $ 2 extra. I like that their online delivery system has an option for delivery instructions and a «track your order» feature that reminds me of Domino’s. I know that it’s the night before father’s day, but it seemed like their estimated delivery time of 45 – 55 minutes was higher than other pizza chains. The pizza itself was bigger than I expected, which was nice. The flavor isn’t like PizzaHut, PapaJohn’s, or Domino’s… it’s more of a restaurant type, less greasy. It didn’t come with any free toppings like red pepper flakes or parm. cheese. It was satisfying all together! Yay! Pizza party! Delivery driver was polite.

I had been meaning to visit for since they opened and finally had the chance to. Atmosphere This place is small but contemporary with a cozy design. It’s structured no different than a three brothers pizza in that you walk in, order your food, take a number and they bring your food to you. Food I ate the chicken parm and the others at my table has a regular cheese pizza and a kid sized order of spaghetti. I completely agree with another post on here that the chicken parmesan was horrible. It was two pieces of very thin chicken with a piece of cheese on it. The spaghetti that came with it was undercooked because the pasta was a bit hard. It didn’t taste fresh to order either. I was totally unimpressed and couldn’t finish it. Similarly, my daughter’s spaghetti with meatballs order left a lot to be desired. She ate her meatballs and told me she didn’t like the spaghetti and generate she loves spaghetti. The pizza is supposed to be made in brick ovens which I don’t doubt but it came out warm not fresh from the oven. Being originally from nyc, we’re pretty good judges of pizza and this place does NOT have good pizza. Also, the drink cups they provide must come from really cheap materials. We took our cup home and as I was worrying this review its sitting on my dresser and the juice in the cup is about to cause a hole and leak through the container. It’s already falling apart. SERVICE You walk in, you order, they bring your food out based on your number. The brothers service at its finest. Nothing to be impressed by. Basically high schoolers up front who take your order and then bring it out to you but don’t even say goodbye or thank you when you walk right by them to leave the establishment. PRICING Not worth $ 11.99 for thin chicken bad tasting chicken or the hardened pasta. The pizza is bit worth the cost either. The place is a bit overpriced fir what you get and taste. Overall the best thing about this place is the decorum. Beyond that, I can’t say much favorable. They’ve got to do a better job on both their food and their service. Their competitors with similar business models are better, hands down.
