There’s a check-in deal right meow for $ 1 off a Coconut drink! Naturally, I’m a sucker for deals. And although I am not the biggest fan of coconut I thought«ok fine I’ll try one of the coconut drinks only cuz it’s a dollar off». BESTDECISION I MADEOF2016!!! Ok — not really, but truth be told I did order the«Coconut Black Tie» which is a cold brew coffee with creamy swirls of coconut cream and HOLYMOTHEROFPALMTREESANDCOCONUTSITWASSODELICIOUS. So with the check-in deal, my MEDIUMCOCONUTBLACKTIE was only $ 2.95 and DEARLORDITWASWORTHEVERYPENNY! I don’t even know if it was intentional or not but the bottom of my cup seemed to have a layer of condensed milk and it was delectable. This cup of cold brew was my savior of the day for me and my sweaty armpits in Pasadena summer heat, and I don’t think I’ve ever had a cold brew any more tasty than this one. TRYIT!!! WARNING: might be limited edition so stop reading this review and GOGETITNOW!

My cousin recommended Peet’s to me and she claims that it’s better than Coffee Bean and Starbucks. I decided to try and, boy, is she right! This place is amazing. From their service to their crafting of the beverages, I can honest say, they don’t skip a beat. Their flavor is on par with my taste, not too sweet or bland. I also love how nice they are when you first arrive at their establishment, very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to ensure their customers are happy when they get their drinks.

Worse Peets I have been too. Guy in front of me orders 8 lattes. Without me saying anything the employee says«you’re gonna have to wait awhile.» They made me a latte instead of the mocha I ordered. Employees squeezes chocolate into my latte and says«there you go.» Go somewhere else for better service.

Wonderful coffee shop and the server, Alex, was so nice, she gave my dad two extra cups of coffee because he didn’t like the first cup! She was so sweet! The environment is very relaxed and the coffee is delicious! Love it

This is my one and only Peet’s, I love the location! The feel of the store is groovy and the customer services is awesome. There is no other coffee I love to drink the most, forget Starbucks this is true authentic coffee.

This Peets is one of the only in the Pasadena area that is always very clean with super friendly staff. Although I like sbux — my go to is peets for a better cup of std brewed coffee. Plenty of indoor and exterior seating at this location. The staff is super friendly here and product is consistent. Good wireless and plenty of parking as well. Right next to a number of other quick eateries as well(Daphne’s etc) to also have lunch at.

Peet’s Coffee is one of my favorite chain coffee places to go to. Unfortunately, there aren’t many of them in Southern California, but this location in Pasadena is one where I like to go to. The coffee here is really good. I haven’t had a bad experience here. I usually get the fresh brewed coffee, which is very flavorful. Those of you who like the taste of coffee without all the added flavored syrups, this is a place to go to. There is usually a good amount of people here, so finding a place to sit is a 50⁄50 hit or miss. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

My first time experiencing pete’s coffee! I have to say, customer service is outstanding and their knowledge of their products were on point. I ordered the maple blended beverage and it is mighty delicious! Will come again when in the area.

Ordered the café au lait. Should have ordered espresso or latte. Ok, just weak for me. Almond croissant was good. Very dog friendly on the patio. Nice servers.

Decent staff at this location and Peet’s coffee is generally excellent, but I’m not happy with their decision to eliminate Peet’s proprietary line of Teas which were super — featured many high quality types(Assam Golden Tip, Darjeeling Extra Fancy) and difficult-to-find blends(Scottish Breakfast). They’ve been replaced by Mighty Leaf brand which doesn’t duplicate the Peet’s Teas in varieties available(no Russian Caravan, for example). So far my experience with Mighty Leaf teas has been mixed – certainly no improvement over the old Peet’s Teas in quality. Also this store not a great value anymore: $ 5.35 for a small hot tea and a very small, stale pastry…

I wish there was a Peet’s Coffee closer to me! I love this one on Foothill and would go here much more often if they were closer to my house or had a drive thru. They always give great service and are very helpful when you need to know what is in a particular drink etc. Very attentive. Beverages are tasty and original. A refreshing casual vibe in comparison to Starbucks. My only qualm is that I wish their wifi was fast. I sat right next to it and had to leave to finish work on my laptop :/ Highly recommend!

To begin with I am not a fan of The competitor! But today made me an even more loyal fan of Petes . I went in for a large«Box of Coffee» anywhere else they hand you the box and off you go. Not here I got the box cups, lids, AND a regular pint of Creamer!!! Bonus. Truly appreciate the detail. THANKSPETESCREW!

This is my story — yours may differ. I went to college when coffeehouses were all the rage — basically the 90s — and I also worked in food service and we had a professional espresso machine. I can make coffeehouse drinks, but it’s the coffee that makes all the difference. Finally, there’s a coffee from a chain that I actually want to drink! I used to be just like everyone else with their Starbucks going to work until one day a co-worker asked if I wanted to walk to Peet’s with her. Hey, she walked with me to Jamba Juice for me to get my wheatgrass shot, so why not? I ordered a small mocha at Peet’s for the very first time in the financial district in San Francisco, and I have never been back to a Starbucks since(not for coffee at least, I tried once, and I literally could not drink it — Starbucks just smells and tastes burnt to me now, even when I lived in WA). Fast forward more than 10 years later and I am standing in a Peet’s in Pasadena ordering the current Unilocal Check-In Offer — $ 1 off a Milk Chocolate Almond Mocha. I decided to get the Check-In offer — Milk Chocolate Almond Mocha… Medium ½ decaf Mocha, soy milk, with whipped cream. I thought the drink was good, but too much milk(adding the whip cream was my own fault, since I’ve done it before… and should have known better — but it’s just so pretty… LOL) The service here was also really fast and it wasn’t very crowded at 8:30am. Maybe, I just got super lucky, since Peet’s is generally packed(all the locations I’ve been to…). However, regardless of how packed any Peet’s that I’ve visited gets, the staff is still polite. Definitely will visit this location again…

This is my go to Peet’s Coffee and Tea, I’ve been coming here for years. Peet’s is a coffee chain which branched out from the Bay Area. The coffee blends tend to be stronger and more deeply flavored than your average coffee out there. Coffee is roasted by hand and in small batches and they have seasonal special blends of beans. Peet’s also has a great selection of loose leaf tea. I am usually in here weekly to pick up roasted coffee beans. Our favorites are the Garuda roast which is super smooth, Major Dickinsons house roast and I drink the decaf stuff both the Major Dickinsons and the Sumatra which makes a really good espresso. Peet’s offers a complimentary coffee with any bean purchase or a coupon for a drink at a later date, approx. $ 1.90 value. Service is usually efficient and friendly. One note: The unisex bathroom needs a professional major steam clean, it has smelled funky for years.

I was really excited to try this coffee place and fall in love. I was literally prepared to be addicted to a new coffee joint but my… was I wrong! I usually stick to Starbucks and now I know why. So I came here on Sunday around 6. I don’t even know the guys name that barely helped me. There was him at the register and a girl at the bar making the drinks. I ordered a Vanilla Latte and I asked what kind of milk they use and he responded with«whatever you want». I said«well what do you normally use?» He said the same response. Okkkkk, so maybe I’m the stupid one. I paid $ 3.25 for my Vanilla Latte but I swear it just tasted like a regular latte. There was no hint of Vanilla or sweetness at all so maybe they got my order wrong but anyway… as I’m waiting for my drink, I can hear him talking to the girl saying«guess who I ran into??? She gain some extra pounds. She got fat» & the girl kept asking him«seriously how old are you?». Then he said«I’m just saying she gained some weight!» Nobody wants to hear crap like that while waiting for a drink especially if I’m the customer. Keep it professional!

mMmm… I LOVE their Matcha Green Tea Latte, its a must have. I feel its better then Starbucks’ matcha green tea latte. Highly recommend! Staff here is wonderful, they are very nice and friendly. Allows you the time to think of what to get when needed. And I really like this location, never packed, there is never a long line. I hung out here a few times with my friends while they studied. I got the chances to people watch. :) A lot of the people who come in here seem to be very chill and relaxed, unlike Starbucks’. Always in a hurry. Price: reasonable, pretty much the same as everywhere else, on occasions they offer discounts Parking: lot is shared with the other stores within the plaza Will I return: def, since I work closer now, it gives me a good excuses to venture away from Starbucks from time to time

Starbucks ain’t got nothing on Peet’s. I will still go to Starbucks since there are many more locations and it is just more convenient for me but if I am in the mood for a REAL drink, I’ll come here now. Came here early in the morning and there was already a group of people inside the shop enjoying their coffee drinks or studying away. The first thing that caught my eye when walking in was a display with announcements about a walkthrough of the brewing process and a coffee tasty event. WHAT? That’s amazing! You don’t find that any other chain coffee place! I already felt the close«home-y» feeling and the sense of true baristas behind the counter. Ordered the Pumpkin Latte with skim milk. I was in line and happen to check in and BAM! $ 1 off any holiday drink. Winner winner! Grabbed a table and my drink was ready in a few minutes. At first sip, you taste the holidays. Pumpkin spice and milk. Only a few ingredients(I hope) but very satisfying. A bit too sweet for me(not sure if you can even request to get it not as sweet) but overall a great start to my morning. Free WiFi kept me busy during my time there. The ambiance is very chill. A sense that a different group of people would come here compared to the local Starbucks. By the time I was about to leave, there was a line out the door. The tables were filled inside but there was also patio seating outside. Besides the drink being too sweet, I enjoyed it and enjoyed the ambiance. You don’t just go to a restaurant for the food right? It’s the whole experience and that is why I am giving it 4 stars. The drinks are better than other places but the look and feel and of course the events for coffee tasting really boosted Peet’s rating.

One of my favorite coffee shops to frequent. They always have quality employees here with great attitudes. Lines are also not as ridiculous as Starbucks. Absolutely in love with their scones! My favorite drink to get is their hot vanilla latte. Like the fact that they are always consistent with my drink. Milk is perfectly steamed and they add the perfect balance of cream and vanilla syrup. They have seating indoor and outdoor if you want to stay and enjoy your beverage. The parking situation can be pretty packed as it shares a parking lot with a market and a few other businesses. You may have to walk a bit.
