Customer service. 1 star. Speed of order. 2 stars. Cleanliness. 4 stars Come on Starbucks. Been going here for over a year now. Time to move onto coffee bean and tea leaf. This place is slow customer service sucks. Waited forever to get the drinks. The baristas rude and didn’t give a sh*t about speaking up. Whispering people’s name to pick their order up. Service with a grumpy I don’t want to be there attitude. Look if you’re gonna be a rude employee stay home. What happened to the old crew that use to work here. Looks like management decided to take the old crew and replace them with incompetence

I have been going to this Starbucks for over 3 yrs. recently changed the whole crew. Not the same service. Wished they would bring the crew back. They are so slow. People are waiting and waiting. Maybe they should have more staff and cover the traffic.

The service is fast and accurate. The food at Starbuck’s has really gone downhill though.

I Have been going to this Starbucks for the last 6 years and it always had the fastest, friendliest service in town. It has to be one of the busiest locations and they never had gigantic lines like other Starbucks. Well, sadly there is a new manager and the staff has slowly changed out and the energy and the service has left the building. They have gotten my order wrong three days in a row and the line on most days extends out the door.

Coffee was fine. Service was ok. I was at this Starbucks on 3÷5÷16. I was on my laptop and when I walked up to go to the bathroom this creepy man starts moving towards my laptop which is in the southeast corner. He stands 1 foot away from it, hood up, for 15 seconds waiting until I get into the bathroom. There is no reason why as soon as I get up he should get that close to a laptop that isn’t his. He didn’t order anything and it wasn’t even that busy. I come back to my laptop standing behind him, and he says«oh sorry» and keeps his head and walks away. I’m a very trusting person but I know for a fact if I didn’t look back at my laptop he would have swiped it. He went to another corner, head down, and kept to his phone, never ordering, never taking his hoodie off. I told the baristas and they said«ok». That’s when I grabbed my stuff and walked out and snapped this picture. Be careful and keep an eye out for an old man in a black hoodie.

I had one of the best Starbucks rendition of flat whites made here by Jasmine. It’s been hard to find a decent made flat white as the foam hadn’t been done right and it ends up like a latte. But today– it was good!

The shift leader Vince told me «how that happen and it’s weird that the cashier should ask me first to use the earned reward.» Plus asking me to call customer service. What kind of shift leader is that??? Please apologize first for your team members’ mistake. One of the cashier charged n used my Earned Reward without asking me for a REFILL which cost only 50 cents. Who’s stupidity in this case, Vince??? I don’t need to Cheat, I have a balance of $ 33.00 in my Gold card! This kind of Ignorant, unprofessional and untolerated people who businesses should avoid big time.

I had the rudest barista yesterday and debated for nearly a full 24 hours on whether or not to post my interaction. I decided to go ahead and create a Unilocal account just for this review. I came in during my lunch to get a Matcha Water. I have been charged everywhere from $ 1.35 to $ 3.00 for this item. When the barista rang me up it was almost $ 5! I asked VINCE(the barista taking my order) why it was so much this time and when he was done rolling his eyes at me he began explaining in the most sarcastic and condescending way possible why he had charged me for a custom tea and two add-ons. I said how many ingredients does a custom tea cover, as my drink has two ingredients. Again, waiting for his eyes to make a full revolution into the back of his head, he got even sassier and informed me that my drink isn’t even on the menu so pricing is not uniform. And then to add insult to injury he asks if the price is too expensive for me. That was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I asked to speak to a manager and he informed me he was the manager on duty(how he rose to that position without any customer satisfaction training is beyond me). I asked to speak with his supervisor, or the store manager. He wasn’t there. I asked for his card or contact info, and another eye roll told me VINCE had been in this situation before. Something tells me I’m not the first customer to find his attitude appalling. He stalled and tried to make his case that there was nothing wrong with his attitude. He refused to get me his managers email or direct phone number. Before getting the managers card with just the store number I asked for he asked me what the problem has been. I told him I didn’t like his attitude and condescending remarks. He said, «I don’t have an attitude» instead of apologizing for the miscommunication(again, no resolution training?). I said, «Dude, what the hell is your problem? Isn’t it protocol to work with the guest to resolve an issue?» Finally, his attitude changed, but not for the better. This is where it took the most bizarre turn. «Did you just cuss at me?!» He shrieked as if I’d used words you couldn’t hear on daytime television. «I did!» I said, «that should tell you how bad your attitude is getting because I just don’t go around cussing at random strangers!» He seemed pleased that I had done something for him to feel victimized. Not surprising, something tells me playing the victim is his forte. VINCE, if you’re out there, even if you don’t feel like you’ve been rude, if a guest says you seem condescending the proper response for customer service is: «Oh, that wasn’t my intention! How can I make this situation better?» Not, «Is that too expensive for you?» I’ve called a manager but have yet to hear back from him. I doubt I will. Needless to say I won’t be enjoying my Starbucks from that location anymore. Bad service and bad management. No customer service training.

I mobile order and never make eye contact. It’s great but on occasion when I decide to be more social or leave my phone… Funny and Real Story: The Hispanic Cashier breaks the only drink-ware that the lady in front of me spent a good chunk of time contemplating whether or not to purchase because she liked the design. PROBLEM Solved. Guess CERAMIC drink-ware isn’t durable. They rotate the staff and turnover is really high… What happened to the Asian Barista?

Worse starbuck in town. My ice caffe latte tasted like crap. It was water down, tasted bitter and it tasted like ice coffee with a splash of milk. The barista needs to be re-school. Go to the brAnch in Monrovia, close to trader joe, best starbuck, EVERRR.

Can you really go wrong with Starbucks. Staff is friendly and fast. At times there are lines but they move and coffee always made the way you want it and the f not they will re make it. They have many pastries to choose from and savory things as well. Coffee may be a little price depending what you order but regular coffee is about $ 2. Can’t go wrong.

I’ve always preferred the Starbucks down the street but it’s always busy. This morning, I figured out why. I tried to order a custom drink that I’ve ordered at many Starbucks locations from Santa Monica to New York and the cashier refused to make it claiming its company policy not to. The drink is an iced vanilla latte in a trenta cup with extra ice. I really don’t care what the excuses or reasons are, point is, I’ve gotten that particular drink everywhere else. Nobody has given me crap about it. Why can’t I get it here? There are three other Starbucks locations within a mile so I guess I’ll just have to skip this one going forward.

They have better customer service! But … but … since they share their pa king lot with Whole Foods Supermarket, Rite Aid, Vroman’s and other businesses, it can get crowded easily.

Review 71 This starbucks is located in a busy shopping center, it can get very busy with wait times of 15min early morning. I recently tested the app during the morning rush and was so happy to walk in and out with 2 drinks and hot sandwiches! The staff is really friendly here, they take the time to make your drink and rarely have they made errors. Hot drinks are always hot and extra hot when requested. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, lots of electrical plugs for charging electronics and free WiFi. Plan B I only submit 5-Star reviews, if I post a review it’s cause ‘hat’s off” I recommend the establishment and will return for another experience. I don’t feel the need to submit a review with less than 5-Stars, regardless if I check in, submit a picture or tip. I suggest Unilocal change it’s reviews to a category scoring system, then is when I can be fair and review each place I visit. PM me if you like additional information.

Talk about an amazing group of employees! It’s almost a pleasure standing in line and waiting for a drink at the Starbucks considering how friendly the staff is here and how eager they are to help. Regardless of the heavy traffic and sometimes annoying customers, the staff always gets the drinks spot on and the wait is never to long. This is by far the best Starbucks in Pasadena!

HORRIBLEEXPERIENCE! I have not had a negative experience with an utterly rude barista EVER! Ryan was very rude about getting a refill with gold card perks even when I got corporate on the phone. No appologies no nothing… just a very rude response and bad mouthing me to another Barista. Will avoid this location from now on. Reported to corporate and they even heard some of the conversation I had with Ryan and confirmed that it is bad on this locations part. Tsk Tsk… obviously they do not need customers that bad at this location.

It’s Starbucks so you know what you’re getting, but this is a really nice & chill location with plenty of seating if you just want to hang out for a bit. Parking can be dicey because of how many things are in the shopping center and the AT&T store next door but if you’re a patient driver it should be alright. Enjoy!

I like going to this location vs some of the other locations in pasadena… plenty of parking and easy to get in/out of the plaza. Great that they share the same plaza as wholefooods so that i can stop by the market to pick up a few things. location is very spacious inside and the ingress/egress of patrons don’t make you run into each other. great layout. baristas are very good here. very friendly, speedy and efficient in getting orders out.
