If I could, I would give no stars or even negative stars. I don’t order anything too complicated. A black iced tea, no water added, and splenda. They keep putting off making my tea. Three people who ordered multiple drinks received their orders first When I finally receive my iced tea, it’s made wrong. Hey people, they don’t call it shaken tea for nothing. I look at the bottom of my tea and all of the splenda is at the bottom. When I brought it to their attention, they didn’t apologize. They acted put out when I requested that they shake it. Very rude! I should know better… The trash was over flowing, and milk and sugar was spilled all over the counters. The manager refused to come out of the office and speak with me.

I just came to Starbucks right now and since its the last day of happy hour right now I ordered a Venti Caramel Frappuccino and Venti Coffee Frappuccino once they called my name that the drinks where ready I tasted the Coffee Frappuccino and that did not look like what I ordered it looked like vanilla and not coffee and it did not taste like anything the barista name is Liz and she had an attitude when I told her if she could please make it again because it did not taste like coffee and she told me you want me to add more coffee to it I said yes please so she made the drink again and I tasted it and again it did not taste like anything so I told her and the guy that was there and her I saw them that they made a ugly face so I told her nevermind just make me a smores because if she makes it again it’s going to be the same thing. She should learn how to make her drinks or not work there. I usually go to Starbucks all the time and the one that I go to they usually know how to make there drinks and are more friendly than this Starbucks this is the first time I had one of the worst drinks made and with an attitude. On the spectrum of Starbucks locations this one is definitely top notch. I found the store and bathroom to be very clean. The staff are incredibly friendly and very welcoming. I even learned that they carry coconut milk from the friendly barista. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience!

This is probably the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. And I go a lot and I even work at a Starbucks and the fact that they simply can’t make a hazelnut frap is really bad and to top it all off they burnt my croissant. I literally just drank blended milk with only a dash of frap roast. When I go to Starbucks I would like to get my money’s worth and not get something I can make at home. Anyone can make blended milk. Idiots. I’ve tried to give them chances because I live across the street but I am never going back. The staff(EVERYSINGLEONEOFTHEM) is rude and asks stupid questions when they should know how to make the drink. So disappointed and ruined my morning

They closed at 10 pm but Unilocal says they close at 11pm. I asked her if i can get a coffee she said no because it was closed and people were cleaning. A random guy went to the shop and ask for coffee while i was going back to the car. I was sitting in my car and watched her giving him a coffee! Racist??? She did not let me buy a cup of coffee because i am asian???

I think this location is great! The baristas have always been friendly and my drinks are made well. Every time I go to this location there is rarely ever a line. I also love that my drinks are completed in a timely manner. The only downside about this location is that it is relatively small, but there are still seats and a nice patio outside.

Very unorganized. My order was 3 drinks, 3 breakfast sandwiches. Waited 17 min. Customer’s grabbing pastries bags without being told what order was. We had to ask or open bag if employee busy. At the end they had forgotten my order or someone walked out with it.

I havent written in a while but I always go to retail places many times before I write a review of the place. If you’ve read my other reviews you are well aware of what went on at this places years ago. Since then Ive not had issues with the weirdo element that was frequenting the outside. I do have disappointments with the baristas though, I must take Isaac and Mitch out of the equation though, they are my favorites and I love them, they are very cool, but everyone else working there is a pain, some of them are DOWNRIGHTUNFRIENDLY, which, again, if you HAVEREADMYREVIEWS, I DEMAND. I don’t know why anyone would work in retail and not be friendly and courteous as thats part of the job. It seems to me these unsavory, hulking né’er do well’s would benefit from a customer service excellence course. Not to seem mechanical and artificial, but to let that«inner warmth» out. so that(here’s a great marketing strategy.) PEOPLEWILLWANTTOCOMEBACK. AGAINANDAGAIN. Theres a super skinny chick there with tattoos and brown hair who is icy cold, she is so rude I avoid the place. In fact if I see her there from the outside, I just go to another Starbucks. Now is that the way to do good business? That you as the hiring MANAGER there would hire people who would make customers do a U-turn at the door to your establishment? I wrote a letter to corporate and demanded they get a recyce bin, which they finally did get six weeks after my letter, when the place had trash FLOWING out of trash cans for YEARSONEND!!! They hid the recycle bin in the bathroom at first and they keep MOVINGITAROUND. it should be heavily advertised as a green effort to make the world a better place, not hidden out of sight! Just a few complaints that are well worth addressing.

I was en route to my research gig, as I had some thing to go over with the doc. I was low on energy, and needed a boost. So I came to this Starbucks for some coffee. I needed a carb boost as well, so I decided to try out their outmeal. It was a good choice, as it was a healthy snack with a variety of toppings. Basically, I got oatmeal with hot water, and I got the following toppings to add at my discretion: nut mix, dried fruit mix, and brown sugar. I added a bit of everything, and enjoyed the snack. The latte came out as usual, nothing over the top but it served its function. By the time I headed to the office, I was energetic and alert. I got quite a bit of work done in the few hours I was on site. A great snack option, I would do it again.

It’s a long line but you know what? It was quick and the customer service was really nice and clear pin greeting the customer. But the parking lot is shared with other businesses and it was crazy I swear people were parking and pedestrians were walking and making their ways to the café and other than that there was no walkway for pedestrians. Aside from that it was a so and go, no wasting time.

Love their customer service here! Theyre always very polite, quick and they actually say«Hello» and an occasional«How are you?» Theyre patient when i have a gazillion orders! Love that they have a code for their restrooms. I think it helps them manage the cleanliness! Their restrooms are clean 99% of the time. Careful of coming between 6:30am and 8am– thats usually the rush hour here. Parking is immense… since they share parking lot with the Vons and other stores. Love that they always have their stations clean and the area where they have the sugar and such, is always clean. They have inside and outside seating with a cute patio looking thing on the north side of the store.

So far I have to say this Starbucks is a good place to go. Conveniently located to everything, bathrooms are secure and clean, there is a long line but I have to say it does move quickly… only discouraging thing is every once in awhile you have these ghetto kids show up and ruin the outside tables with their trash and kitty food… yup kitty food and they place a kitten on the tables both inside and outside… sorry but that is unacceptable. …

A new Starbucks opened up by my laundrymat! Yay! This place is clean and the line can be long but it moves fairly quick. The staff is friendly and patient. They do offer what every Starbucks offer but the service is what makes the difference. I like it even though that they can be busy, even at 7 am, they still manage to have a smile and and a friendly demeanor. My fave Starbucks might just have competition. The drinks do come out fairly quick. No 10 minute wait here just to get your caffeine fix. The crew here are pretty organized and they got their stuff together. The morning team works great together. The banana selection, yes I am big on bananas, is pretty good. No old day fruit here. Parking is shared with Von’s and Chase. Ample parking. Lucky if you can find one close but if not, some walking will do you good.

Located in a somewhat ghetto plaza on Orange Grove and Fair Oaks, this Starbucks location is alright. Sometimes there’s a long line that takes forever and sometimes it’s empty. I’ve been blessed the past couple of visits with very short wait times so I’m glad. Most employees are cool. Others are unbelievable… «can I use a reward for that?» «sure» [proceeds to charge for drink]… REALLY?! Did I stu-stu-stutter?! When it’s busy, it gets really crowded and this isn’t exactly a spacious location. That’s a little lame cause there’s like no room to breathe.

When I walked in I was surprised it wasn’t as busy as other locations. My Caramel Moca Frapp was delicious. WiFi — had no problem connecting right away Outdoors sitting Employees here weren’t very welcoming — for me at least (Employees were busy stocking) Over all, the man who did was drink gets 5 stars.

Well this starbucks has done it once again and this time I can 100% say I’m never coming back to any starbucks … ever. The service at this one location has ruined them all for me. If I could give zero stars, I would. This review comes a day late, but quite honestly I was too disgusted by their service to write this last night. It’s a novel, but I’ve experienced this same thing on a handful of occasions so consider it pent up frustration. Here goes … As we quite often do, my boyfriend and I went into this starbucks at 9:15pm and ordered a cookie and drink. As we walked in the baristas were already cleaning up for the night as the pastry area was ½ cleaned out and the shift manager was on a 10 ft ladder in the middle of the store cleaning vents. Yup, you heard that right. With a store full of paying customers, both inside and on the patio, and almost two hrs prior to closing this store was already prepping and cleaning. Although the thought of dust particles floating around the store already erked me, I chose to ignore it and go outside and enjoy the nice weather on the patio. No more than 5 minutes after sitting down we were given a ‘warning’(their word not ours) that they would be closing down the patio for the night. Mind you there were at least 9 fully occupied tables on the patio with 20+ people at them. There were a few people who justifiably complained about the timing, many of which are regulars like ourselves, but it didn’t matter. I didn’t bother as I’ve already done that to both the store and corporate with little to no response. Less than 10 minutes later at about 9:35 we were all kicked off the patio. Closing time is 11pm btw. Now I fully understand the need to prep the store for closing, but it should in NO way effect your customers whatsoever — especially an hour and a half before closing! I thought about complaining again to the manager and/or corporate but came to my senses and realized it would do no good. The employees and this store are a reflection of the overall company which clearly has no respect for their paying customers. Instead I chose to write this review, my first in 5 yrs mind you, to let others know how disrespectful this store is and how much corporate could care less. Of course I know it won’t make a difference — there is a Starbuck on almost every corner now a days and although their coffee isn’t the best people will continue to come back out of sheer convenience. Thankfully, I won’t be one of those people. I’d rather drive an extra few miles to The Coffee Table or another mom and pop shop then give this company another dollar. So long bacon gouda. Ill miss you trenta very berry hibiscus. But boy will i love that extra $ 10 per day in my pocket instead of theirs.
