I finished my starbucks white chocolate latte and decided to refill with some office coffee. I opened the lid to refill and found an insect swimming in the bottom of the cup. Disgusting. You Starbuck suck today!!!

Guy at the counter had been closed almost 45 minutes. He still made me a coffee and almost would take payment for it. Awesome service every time I’m here. Quick, professional, coffee like you’d expect at a full store, great atmosphere. Recommended.

After a long night and getting ready for a long day, I knew I had to start my blessed Sunday with my iced caramel machiatto. This location was fast and very friendly service, they on top of their game!

This is inside of the Hilton Hotel. It’s a very small very lean Starbucks. It does not take the Starbucks app for payment. It also only has soy milk and not the usual almond milk and or coconut milk. But the barista is super friendly.

I patronize this location quite a bit. As explained in previous reviews, this is a hotel-owned location that«proudly serves» Starbucks coffee. Regardless, you’ll find very attentive and courteous staff, quick service and good coffee of course. Ask for their punch card: they have a new card so you get your 6th drink free, whatever drink you want made. Note that this location is usually closed around 1:30 — 2:30PM, so you may need to get your cup of Joe elsewhere in the late afternoon.

Recently moved to their new location in the paseo. I was a bit skeptical to their new smaller location however i am happy to report its a new and improved experience. The team is better than ever. Very focused on the custoner experience and i believe it has to do with stacy the manager. What a great leader. Thank you for exceeding my expectations every time i visit your location.

I was sick today at a conference in the Hilton Hotel but needed my latte fix. The barista(a cute guy about 5’8 or 5’9) suggested he make me something else instead to help my cold go away faster. He made me a green tea ginger tea with lemon and honey… After two hours I felt like I could breathe and had energy again. I don’t remember the barista’s name but thank you again for your thoughtfulness and care. You were so kind to me :)

I will never go back to this Starbucks because of how rude the barista Andrew was to me for ordering two grande coffees in a venti cup with 6 pumps of carmel in each. He gave me an attitude and wasn’t very pleasent when he repeated my order back to me, «So, you want two venit coffees with pumps of carmel.» I said, «No, I would like two grande coffees in a venti cup with 6 pumps of carmel in each.» He gave me even more attitude back and refused to do my order this way. I then asked for his managers name and he wouldn’t give it to me. I ended up walking out and will never go back here. Every other Starbucks that I have gone to haven’t given me a problem with my order. I always order two grande coffees in venti cups, so that I can top if off with 2% milk and not dump 2 inches of hot coffee in the trash. Stay away from this Starbucks!!!

this location gets to be really busy in the morning and lunch time. this is the go to location for many of the surrounding businesses, so gets lots of foot traffic. there is not another starbucks until you get into old town pasadena.

Sure there are lines, but they move quickly and the barista army makes drinks with quick precision. Convenient walking location from the shops and tables good for people watching. Note that this Starbucks location moved from the corner of Los Robles and Colorado to a location about 500 feet west, in the Paseo, still on Colorado and still on the same side of the street.

BESTCUSTOMERSERVICE ever! Dropped in today because I had to work for a few hours in a building across the street from The Hilton. Came in the morning for a quick fix. Fast service! And I came back in the afternoon for a drink on my way home. I guess they close at 2pm, but when I came, the barista said they were closed but he could still make me a drink. After he made the drink, he said the register was closed so I shouldnt worry about paying for it. But I was happy for having my iced caramel macchiato so I put the $ I was going to pay with, as a tip. THANKYOU!

Stopped in with a friend to get our«fix.» I knew I was due for my free drink as my gold card told me so. They swiped my card and it told them it had expired(I had earned it the day before). The baristas were aware of this bug and took care of this. Thank you!

I come here EVERY morning and afternoon — I’m a Gold card holder and so I try to get my 15 drinks to get a free drink — woot! I always see Benjamin in the morning. He’s really nice(and cute). I also think the guy with the beard and mustache is awesome. LOVE his beard and mustache! I get my morning usual: Skinny Vanilla Latte And my afternoon delight: Vanilla bean frap or another kind of frap. Long lines… but it’s all good. you just wait. Lots of people hang out here cuz of the Wifi. Time for my Vanilla Bean… :D

A typical Starbucks. However, they are a little on the slow side compared to others.

Dear Starbucks, Thank you for being walking distance from my office. I don’t know what I would do without you. Oh wait, I know. I would probably throw a bitch fit everyday. Stay golden! You rock! Sincerely, Chanel Monique C.

Starbucks is typically Starbucks. Good service, good coffee, get in and get out. Maybe this one had something to prove being east of the front counter at the Hilton Pasadena. Maybe this Starbucks had a gameplan, because when I showed up I saw a cashier and barista who went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was accomodated. Now, I know that most of you THINK all of the Starbucks are this way… but you’re wrong… I ordered the breakfast sandwich and it was made by the back kitchen, it came out without any hasbrowns(it was suppose to have hashbrowns). I walked back down from upstairs approached the cashier(who at this time had a line of 8 people), and I waited… he didn’t let me wait, he apologized to the people in line and asked me if he could help me, I politely advised him I didn’t have any hashbrowns. He immediately apologized, said it was his fault with a sincere smile on his face and promptly went out back. Came back immediately(10 seconds) and gave me my hashbrowns and a free double shot expresso as an apology… he really didn’t have to – I would’ve been amazed at how well he handled the situation w/o any compensation, but I took it… with a big smile on my face, I thought to myself, they should all be this way. When you screw up, you fix it and you fix it fast, bravo Starbucks for getting my day started so smoothly.
