Starbucks

For a Starbucks in a grocery store this is a really good stop. Yes there is a «real» Starbucks 1 street away but to be honest the parking there sucks and it’s really inconvenient if you are driving.
This Starbucks fills all of my needs. It is on the way to work. It has ample parking. The staff is friendly. The coffee has a consistent taste. The service is quick. Someone was complaining that these guys take longer. Well of course they do they have half the staff and about a quarter of the prep area and there is usually a line because it is so convenient.
They also have some treats from La Boulanger, no microwave though so nothing warm or toasted. If you don’t feel like some baked good that they have you can always shop in the entire grocery store that surrounds this Starbucks!
They have just as many promotions as a real Starbucks and I am pretty sure that their discounts are deeper on seasonal items.
Overall I am proud to call this my go to Starbucks when I need a quick coffee!

This place is as bad as a Starbucks in a supermarket can get. The service in the morning is just plain horrible. I wrote a letter to their corporate office about my repeated interactions with the staff and had no reply. I bring in a refillable mug every day just because I don’t like to waste cups everyday. One morning one of the people behind the counter tried to tell Me that they were only filling up my mug half way because it would be another $ 0.20 to fill it to the top. Really? Do I look like I can’t afford 20-​cents? The attitudes of the workers just flat out suck. In general they look like they’ve been smelling cat crap all day. Spend the extra minute and go to the one on Fair Oaks next to the Chase Bank. Much better service there.
