I found this place on accident after we left The Printworks super irritated. What a blessing! We had a last minute embroidery order for an upcoming fashion event with various items(hats, shirts, jackets, etc) each with different color threads and Sue was sooo accommodating. The prices were very reasonable and we ended up buying some more pieces in the store to have embroidered. She helped us reformat the artwork in different sizes with no issue and no extra charge and got everything ready in 3 days! After the initial order we found a few more pieces that needed embroidering and it was no problem to add them in. I have since returned with a couple more items and received the same exemplary service. THANKYOU!!!

I called to today to get a quote on getting hats made for our company. The gentlemen on the phone seemed like he really didn’t have time to talk. After about 30 seconds on the phone he asked if I can could email in the logo because they give quotes according to how many stitches they sow. I told the gentlemen if he could email me because I was driving and couldn’t write anything down. He was rude and said he couldn’t he was too busy. I replied and said«so you don’t want our business, we want to get T-Shirts made also. «He said«I guess not sorry.» And THATWASIT! I was shocked. I called back and said«really this is how you want to end a conversation, I’m going to go on Unilocal,Angies List and Google to write a review.» His reply was«I don’t care I don’t have time to go on the computer and send you an email because you are lazy, do whatever you want to do.» I asked for his name but he wouldn’t give it. This review Is for you dude. Why were you so rude? Were you having a bad day? I’m sure why you acted the way you did but I’m sure the owners of this business wouldn’t be happy with the way you are representing the business. You guys could reach out to me to ressolve this terrible experience.

I’ve been buying all my work Dickie’s here for years. Best prices in town! They also have great prices on american apparel hoodies and Dickie hoodies if you need some basic outerwear for SoCal’s chilly winters!

I HAD A TERRIBLEEXPERIENCEWITHTHISSELLER. I took in 8 brand new towels to be monogrammed. When I returned to pick up the towels they handed them to me in a bag resting on the floor. Unfortunately I only checked on of each sized towel in the bag before leaving the store. When I got home I discovered one of the new towels had a glue-like substance on it which could not be removed. When I returned to the store to try to resolve the issue, they refused to take any responsibility whatsoever for ruining my brand new towel. I was extremely disappointed in this seller especially since I wasn’t even asking for my money back. I was only asking them to monogram 4 letters on three new towels in exchanfge for ruining a new towel which broke up the set and for paying for the original monogram which was no longer useful on the ruined towel. Well, I’ve been to this place twice now trying to get silk-screen t-shirts made. The good news is the quality was good. The bad news is the price is high(at least for smaller orders), and they always complain about how complicated it will be to screen the design. I guess that is to justify the high cost. Last time I was there I was approached by another lady who just left there saying that the prices are too high, and recommended another place. I guess I’ll order through an internet resource again.

this place sells a bunch of stuff! Reversible basketball jerseys, baseball jerseys, football jerseys, scrubs, hoodies, shirts, hats, beanies, what else? i took my football jersey to have a number screen printed on it and it came out perfect. i will come back to purchase a few more jerseys and have them print numbers on them as well. for the front and back, it costed about $ 16. Coming from the city of Rosemead, its on the corner of Rosemead and GREEN, just before colorado; right next to ORTHOMATTRESS

I’ve been here once awhile ago to look at their price for tshirts(Alstyle Apparel). If you’re buying the tshirt for yourself, then yes, it’s cheap. If you’re a reseller or someone who wants to open their own clothing line, then no, it’s not cheap. It’s double the price than what you’d find if you just drove west, 15 minutes more to LA. But this review isn’t on their prices, or the quality of their work. No. It’s about their horrible online customer service. I’ve never bought or done any business with them, so that’s why I can’t review that. But I CAN review the negative experience with them I had over email, which is bad enough for me not to ever have any future business with them. I run my own online clothing company and needed a quote for 60 digitally printed tshirts(aka DTG; Direct To Garment). I emailed them asking if they could beat a quote that I got from somewhere else. They replied with«What do you mean DTG? Do you mean Digital Printing? I need to have more information. Please give us the deatail information. Ben» So I thought to myself«Okay, no problem, not everyone knows what DTG stands for.» and I replied with«Yes, digital printing.» They never responded. So I got my shirts printed somewhere else because they never replied, but I didn’t care. That isn’t the negative experience I had with them though. A little while after the 60 shirts, I needed an additional 2 printed. But I didn’t feel like driving all the way to the other place, which was 40 minutes away. So I contacted Tshirt Factory again, but this time asked if they could beat a quote for 2 tshirts. I had earlier gotten ANOTHER quote from the place 40 minutes away saying they’d do it for $ 5 a shirt. So I asked Tshirt Factory if they could do it for $ 7 a shirt(I figured I wouldn’t mind paying more. Because I’d be saving time.) This is how they responded: «No!» Really Tshirt Factory? Really? Not only is that rude, but that is unprofessional as well. Did you have your 10 year old son reply to me? You could have at least said: «I’m sorry but we can’t do that.» But no, all you said was«No!» I don’t know if you’re having a bad day, or business isn’t going well, or whatever. But no matter what is happening, you should always treat your customers and even potential customers with respect. Yelling at them over email isn’t going to get you any business, because you sure lost my business. And anyone who asks me where to get things printed, I will gladly refer them to anyone else but Tshirt Factory.

Love this place! Used to come here in high school for screen printing stuff. I remember it was kind of pricey but this is close to home(as opposed to driving all the way out to R-Side for Joy’s or Torrance for Keda). The store gets kind of lost next to the huge signs of the mattress store next door but it’s right between the mattress store and Al & Ed’s Autosound. I most recently got something embroidered because the little stand in the mall closed. $ 1 for each 1″ letter. $ 2 for each 2″ and so forth. I only needed to get three letters done so it was a good deal for me. And they were able to accommodate my request of 1 week(unlike embroidme which takes a ridiculous amount of time to complete anything.) And, like in high school, they still sell AA stuff! I remember buying shirts in high school for cheap. Today I picked up a tank for $ 9.99. They have expanded their AA selection since my HS days. Their zip hoodies are $ 39.99.

So i am a fan of this establishment. But to be honest, there selection is limited to the Dickies brand. You can find a lot of clothes at a somewhat discounted rate. Hats, plain shirts, uniform tees for students, belts, etc. They also do custom embroidery as well. But i usually come here for Dickies gear. They have a wide selection of colors and sizes.
