What I like about the Wine Grotto is its ease of access and the fact that the correct temperature is maintained on a constant basis, even on very hot days.
What I do not like is how difficult (and, in fact, dangerous) it can be to try to get new cases of wine into my upper-​level locker. The main problem is that the mobile ladder is so narrow that it is nearly impossible to get up the steps while carrying a case of wine (wherein the bottles lie flat rather than standing upright). As a result, I have nearly fallen (or dropped a case of wine) several times. To solve this problem, you need to offer your clients a second ladder that is about two and a half feet wide.

I’ve been a customer for over 5 years and have always found them to be an excellent facility. When storing your wine, you need to have a reliable partner. Also, it is very handy to have wine shipments sent to them and they can receive them for you. While they are not the cheapest around, I think the prices are fair for the level of service.
