I recently started coming here for my eye exams because I wasn’t happy with my last facility. The staff was very helpful. They had answers regarding all of my concerns. Dr. Nguyen took care of me and answered any questions I had about my exam. The staff helped me decide on the best contacts for my dry eyes. Great experience, will be back for my next eye exam!

I called for an eye exam and was told they had a $ 49.00 groupon. It ended up being 109. The Dr. Didn’t dialate my eyes, put the new prescription into a temp frame for me to check out. He was on the room to perform the exam in less than 10 minutes. When I told the Dr about the groupon, he did not honor it either, Very rude staff!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I walked in this afternoon looking for new eye glasses. I walked in and there were no other customers in the store. There were 4 employees«working» behind the counter. Not one of them said hello to me when I walked in, they all just looked and continued their conversation about how they were going to Johnny Tamales. They spoke about what they wanted to eat and still did not end the conversation to ask what if I needed any help. I looked for some glasses but since they lock them all, I wasn’t able to try any on. Again, they saw me clearly trying to take the glasses off the shelf but once again didn’t provide any help. I guess they just couldn’t wait to eat Johnny tamales. I will be going to Pearle Vision for my business.

I experienced the worse service I have ever received from an optical office at this establishment. First, they did not inform me, as to what doctor I would be seeing. When I arrived I was informed I was going to be seeing their new doctor. The new doctor gave me a ten minute eye exam, and then told me I would need to order my trial contacts with the front desk. The front desk informed me I would be getting my trials in 5 – 7 days, This was on October 6. On the 15th of October I called to ask about my trial contacts because they had not called and they informed me that it was going to take 2 – 3 weeks. I requested to speak to the doctor. I left messages at both this location and their location in Bellaire. I never received any type of call. Today I called back inquiring about my contacts. Now they apparently are not going to be in to November 3rd, because they had to special order them because my vision has become worse. I was understanding that you went to the doctor to get a diagnosis, and they were suppose to inform you about your condition, especially if it has become substantially worse

I am new to the area and was due for my annual eye exam. After reading reviews, I decided to go to another eye specialist practice and had a horrible experience. They first failed to quote me correctly and the visit was $ 100 more than expected and after four visits my prescription still was not right. Instead of ordering incorrect prescription contacts through this practice, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I had gone to a Today’s Vision in Houston previously and had a good experience, so I decided to give it a try despite the bad review from Erin M.(which I will get to later). I was greeted promptly by friendly staff and was seen right away. I explained my horror story from the other office to Dr. Tran and told him that I was about to give up on contacts all together and stick with my glasses! He took time to go over changes in my eye health and issues that happen to eyes after 40. The visit was extremely thorough and the result is perfectly prescribed lenses and readers. I am not sure what kind of day Erin M. was having when she went into Today’s Vision, but it obviously wasn’t good. Seriously, I have to wonder if she has ever been to a Family Practice office or a OB-GYN. Wait times in those offices can be up to 2 hours. Come on! Things happen and emergencies come up. 34 minutes is a ridiculous reason to give a highly competent office one star. She may just be mad because she only has one friend, who knows. My experience with Dr. Tran and his staff at Today’s Vision was exceptional and I will highly recommend him to anyone in the area.

I am still waiting in the lobby for a 11 am appointment. It is now 11:34, and I haven’t even seen the doctor. When I checked with the receptionist to see if I had the wrong appointment time, she said no. My appointment was at 11, and that the doctor is with another patient. I’ve been here before and don’t recall this level of incompetence. I recommend staying away from this mess of a place.
