I love this place! The food, service, cleanliness are all exceptional. I get how everything is made to order and customized but with that being said, I can’t stop here before work anymore… drive thru takes way too long. Today it was almost 20 minutes with one car in front of me!

I used to love whataburger when I first arrived to Texas but this location killed it for me… I ate here several times throughtout the course of one year and after the third time of finding hair in my food I have not been able to order whataburger again… not to mention my order in general was always messed up. something would be forgotten or missing… Maybe someday I’ll regain the courage to eat whataburger again

I go thru the drive thru to get breakfast which i do about 3 times a week. The lady taking the order on the speaker can never hear my order so i have to repeat myself several times. I speak loudly and in plain english I have no accent of other languages. Then when she tells me she has it she does not give me a chance to order anything else, so if there is anyone else in my truck i guess they go hungry. Then like everyone else there is a pretty long wait, especially if you want a jalapeño sandwhich. Basically I like the food. But i think their people need some more training.

Slowest service. I waited almost 20 minutes for my order and they still managed to get it wrong. Meanwhile, the shift manager was more concerned about the drama going on between two employees than the line inside and the drive through. Very unprofessional. Family and friends warned me about this location. I will drive across town from now on to another Whataburger than this Ghettoburger. Very disappointed in the service here.

This is just about the slowest Whataburger I’ve ever visited. This is not my first time here. We come here at least 3 – 4 times a week for either a breakfast taquito in the morning or a hamburger after school. I have been back recently and it seems to have improved somewhat but I dread going most of the time. There is a Chik-Fil-A down the street. I hope this location figures out how to improve their service.

This location is excellent! I was recently stranded here with family and friends due to very bad weather. The employees were very helpful and made everyone comfortable. The electricity went out, but the manager went out of his way to make sure everyone was doing well. The food is always fresh and delicious!

18 minute wait at 2pm in the afternoon, would have expected quicker service. Others were upset they had to wait so long too – wrong order numbers assigned, they didn’t make my shake until I asked about it. People seem nice but it’s chaos here

Ordered Biscuits and Gravy. The cup of gravy had a lid inside of it, so that they only had to fill it half way full. This lid was smaller than the usual gravy lid, so it was seemingly on purpose. I will be going again to order biscuits and gravy and if it happens one more time i will definitely be contacting more than just Unilocal

My favorite place to get a burger is what a burger by far but this one is not very good they are extremely light on the toppings and they have been taking longer and longer to have orders ready not to mention half the time they can hardly hear what I’m saying cause not everyone speaks English very well and they have attitudes about it. They only got three stars because I love what a burger, there Customer service is definitely two stars

Nothing beats a Whataburger. Try one of the favorites or build your own classic! Breakfast is from 11PM to 11AM. Enjoy taquitos, breakfast on a bun, or bisquits ‘n gravy which is even more delicious on a jalapeño cheese bisquit.

Although I Love Whataburger’s Biscuit & Gravy… I will no longer be spending my money at this establishment. Their service is not worth my time or money because of Kevin and his inability to manage his shift. My order was wrong and didn’t know it until I got home. I called to let him know about my order and he says«I’m sorry»… His tone was not inviting — almost as if to say it was MY fault. I live almost 10 minutes away and Purposefully drove there for breakfast. Needless to say I was less than impressed with Kevin’s poor customer skills. And instead of getting my correct food I requested my money back! Goodbye Fairmont Whataburger! If you don’t care about customers — enough to make the food they ordered — then you don’t deserve business!

Service sucks. Took over 10 minutes to get my meal and they got it wrong. Manager was being so inconsiderate. Biggest asshole. And the employees made me feel uncomfortable when I asked for an adjustment on my food. Will never go back again.

One of the best WHATABURGER’S around!!! Always great hamburgers as well as really good fries!!! Restaurant is always clean & the staff is always friendly. Really great spot to tackle any late night cravings… Definitely worth a visit!
