1 is too high — wife and I visited(on basis of high Unilocal ratings!) to set up elderly Aunt with an older model, simpler smartphone so she could use über. They said they could do this, had an iPhone 4 available, but«Manny» the owner was unavailable but his helper would set us up for $ 150. Their computer system was down! Come back tomorrow at 10 when they open… Back at 10 — locked — went and bought iPhone 4 accessories and returned — 11 still locked, no one answering phone — screw it went to legitimate Verizon shop(or at least much larger and very busy one nearby) got a new p iPhone 5c(for less) up and running — managed to return iPhone 4 accessories for refund — do not go here — we are traveling and visiting from East Coast and we wasted a day with this Verizon labeled business.

I came here with my iPhone 5s that had a cracked screen. I read the good reviews and had hoped for a good experience. Manny was awesome and very helpful. He told me to come back the next day when they had the black screen in stock. I came the next day and was charged $ 130 for them to replace the screen. I left my phone with the guy named Mark and he said it would be done in a couple hours. I returned later with a clear plastic screen protector, which Mark put on for me. It was fixed, but over the next couple of days I noticed the home button felt lower than it used to be and the screen started lifting, revealing a crack that got dust in it and you could see the light of the phone through it on the side. I took it back and left it with Mark again. I gave him my home number to call when it was done. 6 hours later and still no word, so I go to the store, where it smells like weed and I ask if my phone is ready. Mark pulls it out of a drawer all finished. I didn’t complain about the lack of phone call. I looked at the phone and noticed some discoloration at the bottom which he fixed for me. I asked for a replacement screen protector since mine got thrown away with the defective screen they put on. Mark said I had to buy one. I tried to reason that they had thrown mine away, so logically I should be reimbursed with one. I wasn’t asking for their glass ones, just a plastic sticker one. I didn’t get one. Not the best experience, but hey at least my phone is fixed. I’d recommend going elsewhere for your screen replacement though. Edit: There still is discoloration at the bottom of the screen too. Cool. Yet another edit: I went to Reboot Pasadena to get the discoloration fixed. I found out that Wireless Corner used cheap parts to replace my screen. I got charged just $ 95 for a brand new screen with quality parts AND a glass screen protector all completed within an hour.

Found this on Unilocal.Needed to fix my iPhone 5 in an hour less because I was working on a campaign mode and luckily I called and were able to get my shattered iPhone 5 screen and audio piece fixed in 35 minutes. Exceptional service. I have been back twice for the same incidents and I have referred several coworkers for their urgent iPhone fixes and repairs. Definitely great ethic and customer service. Must save this info in your contact list because they are reliable.

These guys know what they’re doing here. So the storefront isn’t exactly the most glamorous thing, but don’t judge a book by its cover. After getting referred here by the corporate Verizon store down the street, we were pleasantly surprised by the high level of service we received. I can’t remember the name of the guy who helped us but he was awesome. Very patient and knew his stuff. I ended up buying my new phone from here and I’m so happy I did! If I need anything in the future, I’ll definitely come back to Wireless Corner!

So after a long wait at the corporate store and dealing with a rude representative and even worse expirience with the manager. I walked in to wireless corner store and was helped by very knowledgeable staff. Not only did they resolve my phone issue but upgraded me to the phone that best suited me. This place rocks the guys there are very freindly and haggle free. Oh by the way the best thing is they offer a trade in program on ur old devise towerds an additional discount on the purchase of a new one. Little did I know that they as well do iPhone repair. They repaired my wife’s phone on the spot.

Most experiences with buying or updating cell phones rank right up there with going to the DMV, calling the cable company, assembling IKEA furniture, and flying out of LAX on the Awful List. Not so with Wireless Corner! Three cheers! I used Wireless corner over two years ago, so forgive me that I can’t recall the names of the people who helped me, or particular details about the services I received. But even after so long, they stand out as one of those rare, glimmering moments where you actually get good customer service from people who genuinely value their customers and want to help you. My Verizon phone had broken, and I wanted it replaced with the cheapest, no-frills option. The Wireless Corner employees helped me do this quickly and easily, and got me a basic, refurbished phone with no attempt at upselling. I was on a family plan, and was not due for an upgrade myself but was trying to use the upgrade of another family member who was due for one(with permission from said family member, of course.) The guy from Wireless Corner battled it out on the phone with Verizon for me until they let this happen. Now that’s what I call service! With Wireless Corner around, you will never need to go to the dreaded Verizon store again. And that’s something that’s sure worth Unilocaling about. PS: There’s a big parking lot for all of the shops at Lake and Del Mar; you can park for free for an hour. An hour might not be enough time to get help at the Verizon store, but I guarantee it will be at Wireless Corner! PPS: I think they have services for T-Mobile phones as well; don’t trust me on that, though.

I had read the reviews about Wireless Corner and decided to check it out. I went in, spoke to Fernando and realized I wasn’t ready to make any changes/purchases. Two months later, I was ready… Driving there, my husband asked why we were driving so far(10 miles) to get some phones when there were many other nearby places available. I told him of my earlier positive experience at the Wireless Corner and I wanted to do business there. After getting some great deals, advice, recommendations, AND service from Fernando, my husband agreed that the 10 miles were well-worth the trip.
