If I could do no stars I would. We were told that we paid a month in advance but if we moved out early we would get refunded the partial month. We never got the refund and when my Husband called he was told they do not refund a partial month. The day we moved out we swept the unit out. The Man said it didn’t look swept out and charged us a cleaning fee.

This is a good facility. I have a boat stored there. One weak spot is that people can follow you in and out of the gate. I am sure it drives the manager crazy. They can put a lock on your storage locker if you don’t pay and sneak in, but they can’t coerce payment if you sneak out with the RV you haven’t paid to store. Other storage facilities have a two gate system to slow down thieves and dead beats. Alarmed lockers at some facilities deters theft and dead beats also.

Can you possibly give a negative star review? I agree with the first review. The manager needs to take a class in customer service and how to be a human being. Each visit to my unit was met with this guy yelling at other tenants, or questioning why I was there. I have been avoiding a review until my stuff was out of there. I would not put it past this guy to open your unit or prevent you access until he has sufficiently harassed you. This place may look nice on the outside, but dealing with the grumpy, rude, down right foul manager is not worth it. Go somewhere else!
