The name of this place is actually ‘Bamboo Mongolian Grill.’ Not just mongolian grill. Today was the first time I came here and I usually go to the one in Kennewick on Kennewick ave(somewhere around there.) The outside isn’t as impressive but the inside is actually very nice. They’re fairly large inside and while I think they could use more lighting around the booths area, at least the rest of the place was well lit. So for the dinner a large bowl was around $ 12 and for two it was about $ 26 after tax. My husband really liked their soup and rice. Both seem fairly fresh or at least not old or ‘crunchy.’ The interesting thing is that for about $ 13 you can do an all you can eat. What made me really like this place was the variety it has. I’ll list some of the stuff that I remember that other places doesn’t have; Tofu, the other type of noodles(the flat ones), fish, corn, and different types of seeds. And of course it had the usual veggies and meat. But I really loved the option of fish and tofu. The thing that I thought was interesting is that their sauces has ice cubes in it. I’m guessing to make it stay cold. But I would think that it would water it down. But mine still came out amazing. I do believe it feels a bit pricy(like a dollar more then the other one) but it feels like its worth it. The service was alright and I liked how one of the cooks immediately greeted us and gave us water while the server was somewhere else. Overall, the restaurant was very neat and clean, cooks were nice and took their time making your food amazing, and very nice variety! Will definitely come back for more!

Honestly this is one of my favorite places to eat. The cooks are amazing and funny. I hate the soup. Rice really depends on the day sometimes it’s crunchy sometimes it’s good. My brother and sisters and I always come in here. When I lived in the tri cities we would go at least once a week now it’s our favorite place to go whenever I come back to town. Been very hard to find a place like this around where I live. And now they have a loyalty card! The servers are the best and they always remember us when we come in.

Mongolian grills of every kind are rather hard to review objectively, since the quality of the meal depends on what you put in the bowl. That being said, I would call the service pretty good, but the offerings a bit below average. Not a lot of sauces. The pricing structure is different from any Mongolian Grill at which I’ve eaten. Usually what is offered is all you can eat. This one gives you one trip to the grill, and a different price for the small, medium or large bowls you choose to fill. The prices go up for the same bowls at dinner. A tiny bowl of rice and a small bowl of egg flour soup are included. The service was friendly and prompt.

The Mongolian is fine. It has plenty of food options, variety for your bowl. But it does give off a dirty feeling when in there. It is an oily food. I’m grateful that there is one Pasco, it’s a lot closer to my location — I’m tired of always traveling to Richland or Kennewick to get good food. The food is good, but it’s not going to blow you away. And the egg drop soup is very average. The reason I gave them a 2 star is because they advertise Phở on the weekends, but I came in once and they didn’t have any. The only reason I came there! They said they didn’t usually don’t serve Phở when it’s hot outside??? Ok?

Not recommended. Noodles taste like top ramen. Floor needed swept. Two flys circled us during our meal. Sauces are not homemade. Consider a different place to eat.

This Mongolian is very good. Decently priced with fresh veggies and all the options you could want. This is equal as good as any other Mongolian place in the Tri-Cities. They recently opened up. Very friendly and good service. Definitely will be back again!
