Wow is all I can say. From the great service to the great selection of syrups and the great iced almond coffee I can also say I will be back. Absolutely loved this place!

Best Dirty Chai in the Tri-​Cities.
Staff isn’t as annoying as Dutch Bros. I like that they don’t ask me a ton of personal questions while trying to be über hip hipsters.

i also agree their speaker box isnt the best clear sounding. but in all their smoothies are what keep making me return!

Love this place and their fresh food made daily! Pretty good coffee too! If only they smiled just as much as dutch bros does… they’d be my number spot to go! Keep up the good work though!

Lunch time! I love their chicken soup — meaty, with vegtables and lots of noodles — Get it with a decadent chocolate chip brownie to complete your lunch needs. The sandwiches always taste fresh and not stale. The Chai tea with a little milk makes my morning just hum! The people workering there have always been very nice and helpful. Especially when I have a problem at the gas pump. I don’t know about the Kennewick or other branches but I simple love the Pasco crew!

Ok I’ll have to agree with shane, their speaker system is horrible, on top of that the lady was really rude during the whole ordeal! I’m a regular and order the same thing all the time and is very disappointed about the experience! Will not return! One and done, one bad experience and you lose a valuable customer! It’s gonna be hard to build a repeat business when you treat your current customers like garbage by hiring new people that’s rude and incompetent! Disgrace to customer service!!!

You know what?! This is one heck of an upper scale convenience store and gas station! I walked in and thought I was in the ‘whole foods’ of gas/​coffee places. Fresh baked goods, fresh salads made to-​go, Xmas music was playing at a delightful level in the background, coffee barista’s smiling & asking if I would like a mocha, and everything was squeaky clean and even a sitting bar like at Starbucks to enjoy my coffee, muffin & TC Herald. Well done, I’ll be back regularly!

I went here because it was the closest coffee shop to where I was for a meeting. First of all, service was extremely slow. Second, service was awful. I do not recommend it and am never going there again.

I like these guys overall, and it helps they are close to my work. They have great prices, and friendly staff, and their baked goods and sandwiches are yum.
My downsides are this. I go through their drive thru a lot, and I would say a third of the time I must repeat my order a couple times at least. The ordering speakers or headphones seem to need work.
Along those lines, there have been a few times when, even after repeating my order, I get the wrong thing in my coffee. Not often, but it has happened in the past.
My final complaint is that the mix of milk, coffee, and flavor shot seems to favor milk too much and flavor too little.
On the upside, the coffee they use is a very good one. Again, I want to stress how friendly the workers are there. Many places these days, the employees seem to need an IV of coffee themselves to remind themselves they are working in public. I think they also should be wearing a button that says, «Please remind me to smile.» I have worked customer service including food service in the past. A smile won’t kill you. GCCS has smiles all over, and it is great!
So, if these guys improve their speakers and their accuracy I would give ‘em four stars. Five if they even the mix of what goes in the cup better.
