First time here. I love spicy noodles and veggies. They delivered exactly what I ordered. And, there was plenty! I will definitely be back! The customer service was excellent! Thank you!

My absolute favorite place for pad thai. The shrimp fresh rolls are also very good. And they do really good boba teas. I always find the service to be good. And they’re well located.

Worst Asian type restaurant I’ve ever been to. I got chicken teriyaki and a bowl of phở. The noodles and rice were so bland and tasted like they were bought from Walmart, boiled and served. The chicken had barely any seasoning and seemed like it was frozen and heated up. Go somewhere else if you want decent food.

Stay away! I’ve tried Noodle Zone twice now — first time was awful but I thought I’d give it another try. First time I got the chicken pud see ew. Tasted like nothing, and the texture was terrible. So slimy and greasy. Chicken tasted old. Office wanted lunch so they chose to eat there, and obviously I can’t say no to a free lunch. Went for the pud kee mao, which is traditionally spicer and more flavorful. Again, tasted like nothing and it was soooo greasy and disgusting. The Stars mean nothing other than how much red pepper flakes they put on top. They aren’t cooked in with the noodles, as it should be. Spend $ 4 more and go to Bangkok Thai, so much better and you won’t get food poisoning. My main concern is that my coworkers enjoyed it…

Worst chicken teriyaki and beef phở we’ve ever had. Hubs spit out the teriyaki it was so bad. The phở broth tasted like watered down beef bouillon cubes. We never throw away takeout but we tossed this meal after a couple bites.

Made the mistake of giving this place a 2nd chance tonight. Ordered beef with noodles. Got the food home, the beef wasn’t even cooked all the way thru. It was pink and cold. Have definitely learned my lesson with this place. They won’t get another dime

Not sure about the negative reviews. We had an excellent experience. One of the most friendly restaurant experiences I’ve had in a very long time. Food was very good as well. Very tasty, decent portions(could be bigger, but hey, I’m a big boy!) price is fair. They have a nice business here and I wish them well. Would return again here any time for a good meal!

I ordered pad kee mao 5 star and my husband got teriyaki noodles. My noodles was not spicy at all and bland! My husband said his noodles were like really soggy. We had plenty of food especially for the price but it wasn’t enjoyable. I had to go home and fix my noodles with salt and red peppers.

This place was pretty good. They have good phở soup. Their chicken phad thai was good but not incredible. The location looks well maintained. They have good service. Over all good.

They have teriyaki, phở and thai food. Sometimes its nice to have a mix like that, other times I’ll question its authenticity. I like the fact they have a mix of Asian food, but it depends on the cook and cashier and what day you go. Their portions are not consistent. One day the portion is large, the next week the portion gets smaller. Their teriyaki is okay. I’d recommend getting rice only, because I’ve gotten half steamed rice and half noodles… and the noodles were tasteless. Seemed like they opened a box of noodles and microwaved them. The pad thai is pretty good. The pad ke mao is okay. Their spice levels change, so be aware. They have boba and I’ve tried their thai tea with boba… my opinion is to pass. It was overly sweet and not creamy. The boba was hard and not good. Service is okay, that one owner lady is so abrasive. She’s trying to be nice but she needs to lessen her tone. It’s not sincere when she yells out«chicken pad thai, thank you mister, and see you again» in one breath and not look at me.

I’m so perplexed. It’s supposed to a «Thai» restaurant with some phở and teriyaki offerings yet mine is like a basterdized Chinese dish. I truly don’t know how else to explain it. The stir-fry consisted of celery, onions, mushrooms, onions and beef. I don’t think I’ve ever had a plainer dish unless it was straight up boiled. There’s no sauce and very little taste. I could even stir-fry better at home and trust me, that’s not a compliment(bowing my head in shame as my Mom is a great cook). That’s why I eat out. I ordered the dish with half rice and half yakisoba noodles but was never told it’s extra for half and half nor is it stated on their menu. No big deal if it was good but as you can see from my pic, the noodles were boiled and drained. THAT’S IT! Have you ever tried eating plain boiled yakisoba noodles? Not every tasty. The woman at the register seems nice. The place is clean. However, having tried this place 3 times now and every time it’s been beyond disappointing, this is probably my last for a long time. Oh, and to top it off, this plate was $ 10.31 with tax! And most of it was carbs. I know what you’re thinking. It’s the Tri-Cities but this is so sad.

I would eat here everyday if I could. I’ve never had a thing horrible here and I absolutely love the customer service I’m given every time I either call or go in. The fresh rolls with chicken and peanut sauce is to die for. It’s a busy place so I always order to go and best to call it in first.

They make the best pad thai I’ve had anywhere. Also their shrimp fresh rolls with peanut sauce are fantastic! An order of four rolls makes a good lunch. Great place, friendly staff. You can tell that the owners really care.

The food was okay, but not very authentic. I would not recommend coming here to enjoy good phở or Thai food, especially at the price they ask.

Their Thai tea boba with the tapioca pearls was alright yesterday, i though it was a little too sweet, also missing was the cream and the consistency wasn’t quite their compared to other places I’ve been to around the state. The tapioca was really chewy in the middle and was a poor quality tapioca they use. The décor was just hideous and very unpleasant to the eyes, i don’t understand the fake flower pots while walking thru their entrance. Ive tried their food when it was located inside the Columbia Center mall and it was alright. Customer service was friendly which is a major plus, another plus was that their boba tea was only 3.99 with tax which is pretty cheap. Location is convenient in the area of Rd 68. Im just not feeling this place, its hard for me to wrap my finger around it. Next time the wife gets her nails done next door, ill just hit up the Dutch Bros instead for a blended drink.

So ive been to noodle zone a few times. i return just because they are the only ones that have thai tea phở close by. but as for their grilling food, ill give them a two star. Dont order their shrimp as for the reason you will be given tiny nasty tasting salad shrimp. and one main thing you will notice is the big hispanic making the food behind the grill. somewhat made me question the authenticity of the asian cousine. Another thing i noticed was his grill. very dirty left over food all over his grill. he rarely scraped his food, and rarely i seen him dump the leftover food. his cleaning of the spot he used to grill on wasnt great. it was just a scrape and dump new food. i dont think thats a way to handle a grill or clean that spot. i dont recommend them to anyone.

I wasn’t expecting too much from Noodle Zone, but my mother has been dying for bubble tea, and this is the only place in the Tri Cities area that has it. Not only do they have it, but they have dozens of flavors… make sure to get the awesome tapioca pearls. «If it’s too sweet or you don’t like it, let me know, we’ll remake it,» we were told. The food wasn’t necessarily the best I’ve ever had, but it was solid. They are totally willing to customize your dish, for example, I wanted the ginger vegetable dish, but after asking what vegetables were included, they told me I could add whatever vegetables I wanted, so I was able to add broccoli for no extra charge. I was also able to choose between steamed or fried tofu as well as my spiciness level. When I ordered the spiciest #5 level, they truly served a spicy dish instead of watering it down. My parents ordered the sweet n’ sour chicken and cashew shrimp, and they both liked their dishes. You can also choose to have it served on top of white rice, noodles, or half and half. The owner even came out and brought me some of his homemade hot sauces when he heard I ordered the spiciest #5 level… the garlic chili sauce is amazing. Look for it on the side by the plastic silverware to the left of the cash register. If you eat in, they will give you the option of having a real glass of water and silverware. The plasticware is for to-go orders.

This is one of my favorite places. From other reviews, people have different opinions on what they like. For me they make it just how I want it. I always add their hot sauce, they keep it off to the side. Always enough for lunch the next day.

Just left this place. They had the same item on the menu for different prices. The owners kids were running around watching movies on their laptop at full volume and yelling on their cell phone. None of the staff would do anything about it and let it continue. There were two tables withe people, one table moved as far as possible from the kids and the other table left. Not a good start for a new business. We left without eating.
