Not only is the coffee beantastic. the staff is so friendly and happy that any bad day is quickly turned around! The owners are great to not just their staff they also go above and beyond for the community and schools. I’m a dutch momma for life! #barnesdutch

I LOVED how they have different types of milk! They have soy, almond, and coconut milk!
I had the kicker, annihilator, Americano and their Bob Marley (secret menu item) coffee drinks. I decided to order the drinks in large size to share and wanted to know what others thought of the drinks. The Bob Marley drink stood out the most for me because there’s banana in the drink. The others taste like normal coffee that I’ve already had, nothing special and nothing to rave about.
The large size is basically in a huge 32oz cup with FOUR shots of espresso. I don’t know about you, but the so-​called four shots are basically nonexistent to me! I couldn’t feel the effects of the caffeine and that’s super disappointing! I’m from the Bay Area and I’ll stick to Peets, Philz or Starbucks for some real caffeine!
Regardless, the baristas are all really nice and I think the walk-​to counter is actually faster than their drive thru.

Nice people and great coffee but seriously waiting 15 minutes for 3 cars to get a coffee is a little ridiculous… especially for 8:30am on a weekday. No doubt I will be back but hopefully they can speed it up

I’ve come to love the morning friendliness from the staff and my drink is always great! I’m a regular. Try a flavored rebel!

My sister moved out to this area about 8 months ago and when I’ve come to visit her we always get coffee here. The staff is so friendly and the service is great. The coffee is SO good and worth it even if there is somewhat of a long line. Last time I went there, one of the staff came out and started taking people’s orders to help move things along. It makes me wish that there was a Dutch Bros Coffee closer to my area!

You know the feeling of living in a fog for a while? Well, thats me and coffee. You see, I’ve been a Starbucks zombie for more years than I’d like to admit more out of convenience than quality. But in my defense, Seattle doesn’t have Dutch Brother’s Coffee.
Since trying out DBC, I am a converter! I LOVE their roast and the creaminess of their soy or coconut lattes. It’s quite difficult to make soy lattes taste scrumptious but they can. I’ve tried Roasters in the TC but it tastes burnt to me.
Oh, and the staff, AMAZING! They’re usually young and very happy and friendly. They’ll engage you in light chit-​chat while waiting for your drink. And if there’s a huge line, someone will come out and take your order at your car. So by the time you get to the window, you’re paying and out of there quickly. Love this DBC!

By far the nicest staff around! I stop here almost daily on my lunch break because of how well Im treated and because they have white coffee for no extra charge! I get a white coffee americano with a splash of vanilla and skim milk, and a white anniator when I feel rich lol. No matter how bad my day is, I always feel better after visiting them. Now that’s good customer service! Love my DB, but esp this location! (and their new K-​cups are amazing, thanks for the extra sample pack!)

I generally go to the Clearwater location in Kennewick, but I’ve been to the Pasco one twice in the last month when I’m in the area. Both times, the staff were super chatty with each other, and had to ask us for our order multiple times because they kept forgetting. They were relatively quick overall, and the coffee tasted like any other Dutch Bros, but the customer service detracted from the overall experience.

I thought I would try them again but this time the girl at the window just kept visiting with the people in that car. I finally left.

Sat in the drive thru behind one car for 10 minutes while the girl sat and talked with her friend in said car. She even looked at us a couple of times and then kept talking to her friend like she didn’t care that we were waiting. We ended up just leaving because this poor service was so rude.

I gave these guys another chance this weekend, because I really do like Dutch Bro.‘s. This guy insisted that I wanted to try a dark chocolate raspberry mocha.
OH MY GOODNESS!!! If you’ve not had one, then I suggest that you try one.
That was one of the most AWESOME coffee’s that I have ever had!!!

Always get great customers service to match their excellent well balanced drinks, the team knows what i order every time which makes the experience a whole lot more personable!
Drinks are cheaper than Starbucks and taste 10 times better!

Absolutley a Dutchy Fan! So addicted it’s rediculous and I seriously don’t go a day without thinking of the darn place! (maybe because i pass it everyday on my way out of my neighborhood) Great Location! GREAT Great service!~ You’d think they were working for tips ;) And of course finally, THE BEST Coffee IN TOWN! That is all :)

This is the only place I go to get coffee. I used to go to Starbucks, but this place blows Starbucks out of the water.
The only drink I get is the ER911. Definitely the way to go if you need a little caffeine boost.
