Roasters Coffee

The service here is great, and the employees are very nice and helpful. I tend to come here every couple days and get my coffee, which is pretty great. Roasters has the best Coffee in the Tri cities. The décor inside is very nice, and the music that they play is awesome.

This place is as good as it gets! Great coffee, good prices and super amazing service! you guy’s rock!

Drew is the man! The consistency of the iced rocket is what makes me come back repeatedly. Not only is the service superb at this location. Every coffee is served with a smile.

The coffee isn’t half bad, really, but the service was so crappy. Wait time is horrible (at least in richland). They don’t make the customer feel welcomed. I can go to Starbucks if I want that kind of service. Seriously, they copied Dutch Brother’s menu, renamed the drinks, and then opened. I’d rather stick with the original.

Best way to start your day! Love the coffee, but love the people even more. Always a smiling face and positive attitude. Pasco location is my favorite but same great at all of them.

If there’s a mistake they fix it with not problem. Kind faces funny people and amazing coffee number one in tri cities for sure!

Best coffee place I’ve ever been to! Customer service is great, they’re very friendly. It’s also a very vintage beautiful lobby. You can chill with your friends, drink your coffee, red bull etc. You can go do your homework there and catch up on school. The music is great. I enjoy visiting this place! Bless up

Roasters coffee has the best tasting coffee I’ve ever had. Their beans are so rich and strong, but sweet at the same time! Love their options of different types of drinks. The white rocket rocks my socks off! It’s been my favorite and I think it will be forever more! Thank you roasters for the fantastic customer service every single time I pull in! Most of the time my coffee is done before even asking for my order! The baristas make time to get to know you and learn your drinks! I love roasters!!!

I had a great experience at Roasters on Rd 68. Two weeks ago I did not have the best coffee. The owner reached out to me and he promptly took care of the situation. This showed me that he cares about his customers and their experience. I will happily continue supporting this local business!

I liked this place. I did a walk in because it was in the morning and the drive-​thru was packed. Be patient when you go but it was worth the wait. I had the White Rocket latte and it was great. The guy was busy and still had a great attitude. I also had a berry scone which was delicious. It tasted like a Breakfast biscuit with berries and I loved it. I also had a banana nut muffin too and it was also delicious. The décor is great in this place. Had an older style and it’s great.

The coffee is so good, friendly staff. I love the woodsy, rustic vibes goin on inside. I got one of their signature drinks, a snickers iced! We have nothing but good to say about this place!

I would like to start out this review by saying the staff was Awesome. The two girls behind the counter greeted my date and I with a friendly «hello!» and a cheerful attitude! They were very eager to take our order and help us understand the menu (default milk type, number of shots, etc)! I ordered a 12oz double vanilla latte and my date ordered a peppermint mocha. The drinks were prepared within a few minutes and I completed my transaction at the counter.
Both my date and I have worked in coffee for several years, so we have had quite a bit of coffee! My latte (12oz double) was nicely presented with a small rosetta. Unfortunately, the shots were pulled for too long, giving the flavor of the coffee a slight burnt taste. The milk was good quality (frothy, 165 degrees).
The atmosphere in the walk-​in was very pleasant. Good music (mainly acoustic), plenty of seating with a dark wood theme. The music was a little be overpowering for my taste (made conversation a little difficult).
The reason I gave ⁴⁄₅ stars is due to two things: The burnt shots, and bathroom cleanliness. When I used the restroom, there were many paper towels all over the floor. The sink was dirty and lots of water was spilled all over the sink and floor. Looked like it hadn’t been touched in several hours.
Overall, the visit was pleasant. I was slightly disappointed with the coffee quality and the cleanliness of the bathroom. The friendliness of the staff was definitely a highlight of our visit!
