This roasters is my favorite out of all of them. I visit about 3 times a week and they always remember both of the drinks that I order. The staff is awesome and the coffee is amazing. I love the fact that they are locally owned as well!

Totally different experience than the location off of 395. I ordered a small iced Bomb and I got a very tiny cup of almost warm coffee. I’m pretty disappointed in my experience at this location. The server didn’t even come up to the window I had to practically shout my order to her and she handed me all my stuff in less than a minute it felt like. 3.50 for a small cup of coffee is terrible, I love this place but very different experience than other locations. :(

Great place and employees and coffee! It’s the best iced coffee I’ve ever had. The employees are amazing and a huge reason I go three often. They all know me and are very friendly. I feel like I’m going to visit my friends.

My favorite place to get coffee in Tri-​Cities! They have great signature drinks, variety of flavors, and the baristas are friendly and remember who you are. They also have punch cards which is nice if you are a regular coffee drinker. Standard coffee shop prices, expect around $ 5 for an espresso drink. Every once in a while I’ll get a drink that taste like the shots are burnt, but overall great coffee.

My fav place to go in the morning before work service is the best I pull up and they already have my drink for me love it. Best place in town to get coffee White Rockets are the bomb!!!

Such an awesome place. Great quality coffee and awesome service! The baristas know exactly what I want when I go. Gives me just right boost of energy before I head for work.

Fast and very friendly. They have a window on each side so that they can serve more customers faster and the deal on here for checking in there is great. I do it every time here and at their location on rd 68 in pasco

Hit this place in the morning on our way to Walla Walla during our road trip from Seattle to Walla Walla. It was on our way back to the highway, and noticed all the great Unilocal reviews. I was surprised to find it was just a drive up coffee place, plus, I noticed that Roasters Coffee had multiple locations in the Tri-​Cities area during the trip, no surprise as I found out later that they actually have a local roasting company. The staff were incredibly friendly, I liked that they had some good alternate milk options besides just soy, and ordered a cappuccino. The coffee was delicious, the flavor was dark robust and strong, no bitterness. A great roasted bean.

I have to laugh, because I read several reviews of people talking about how they dream about their next cup of coffee. I was literally doing the same thing.
After receiving a free drink from Dutch Bros I started going there instead of Starbucks. A friend of mine kept talking about how Roasters is better than both. I finally took a chance and bought a blended iced mocha… and now I am hooked!
Seriously, I am addicted and think about going there every day. I drive by a Starbucks and a Dutch Brothers to get there.
Two things they could improve on. Getting a better or more locations and not charging an extra fee when we use a debit/​credit card.
I am still giving it 5 stars though. It is just that good.
