Sahara pizza is pretty consistent. They have great menu variety, but we always stick with the tried & true«Ultimate Sahara». Lots of meat & veggies & the best crust & sauce in town. Make sure you ask about their specials!

I’ve ordered from them a few times now and the food has been amazing every time! Especially the taco pizza — it’s definitely one of my favorites. The service was amazing as well. One instance, when the online delivery site went down and, they ended up delivering our food later than normal, they gave us a free item just to apologize for any inconvenience. They are my new favorite pizza place, and I will continue ordering from them!

The Italian grinder one of the best in the area. Pizza not so much, kind of bland and falls apart real easily. Menu says jumbo wings, actually smaller than normal ones. Customer service leaves alit to he desired. While waiting for order, phone rang non stop for 5 minutes while no I need bothered to answer. Girl at counter seemed annoyed that I showed up to order. Call ahead so less time dealing with the poor service in person.

Don’t ever order from Sahara pizza in Pasco. I ordered my pizza and they arrive with the wrong one when I called the manager was rude and didn’t even want to bring me the correct pizza. His response was, «this is what I read back to you» And I am NOT getting the correct pizza. Very very very bad service. I will never go back.

Restaurant-less hotel without a car. Hungry. Hmm… After checking Unilocal reviews of local restaurants, we decided to just hang out, watch football, and order pizza instead of braving the cold. We decided on our toppings then called to check if they delivered to our hotel. They did.(I’m *so* glad we didn’t have to go with our Round Table back-up!!) Friendly and very accommodating with our request for plates and napkins(I’m stuck in hotel, remember?). They even included an extra side of ranch dressing. Very thoughtful!(+1 star) The pizza was really good. Hubby’s half was the Hawaiian; mine was the Cheeseburger. Not my hometown favorite, but definitely good and would order it again if I lived here. Overall, I’d give the pizza a full three stars but the service knocked it up to four. Thanks!

PLEASESAVEYOURMONEY, POORQUALITY, LACKOFCONCERNBYMANAGEMENT/OWNERSHIP Being a first time customer, I ordered online and was delighted to see that you can add modifications to your order. In my case, it was extra sauce. It also asks if you want to add a gratuity, which I elected not to do, because I want to make sure it is going to arrive at my home in a reasonable timely manner first. When the driver arrived, he didnt have a charge slip for me to sign, nor could I add a tip. As my daughter and I began to have a slice, we discovered that there was nearly no sauce on the pizza at all, let alone extra. I called in to the store, nicely, and was offered a new pizza, which we didn’t have time to wait for, so I declined, and asked for a refund. I even put the pizza in the refrigerator, mostly uneaten, just in case I(the customer had to prove what I am saying). The shift supervisor said he could not make a decision like this, and the manager was gone. He did say he would notify the manager the next day, and that I should receive a call to discuss the matter. This did not happen, and when I called in, the manager was clueless about the problem. Being patient, and then being further disappointed, I nicely insisted on a refund, however, EVEN the manager did not have any authority to create a refund, and had to check with the owner and then call me back. Finally, as promised, the manager called me back and said the owner really was not concerned about a pizza that went out wrong, and get this… offered a $ 3 discount on a new order! WOW! Step back! A whole THREE dollars?!? It is very clear, the management and ownership have no real interest in making up for mistakes, especially when it comes to new business when people get the flyers in the mail, and call in or order on line. I am going back to Round Table. They may neglect putting extra sauce on the pizza once in awhile, but I have always been treated with better concern by all the Round Table Pizzas in Tri-Cities over the years. Sahara’s Pizza just wants to make their quick buck, and be done. Fine, Sahara, your done.

I recently tried their Jungle veggie and it really hit the spot. The veggies were HUGE and they tasted fresh. It was on the pricey end though. With a large pizza, a 2 liter of soda, Caesar salad, and tip, my bill came to $ 38. But the delivery was fast and the pizza was hot. I’ll try the Ketchikan or the Northwest Territory next time. Yum.

I’m used to real Chicago style pizza like Giordano’s or Lou Malnati’s… on a recent visit to Tri-cities my mom told me to try them out and I was pleasantly suprised! Usually in Tri-cities you have a list of rather boring toppings… Canadian Bacon, mushrooms, sausage… but at Sahara you get a NICE choice of items I haven’t seen at any other pizza place in the Tri-cities area!

Like most things, you get what you pay for. Unfortunately they are pricey, but they have some awesome pizza– the best in Tri-cities in my opinion. As for them being a chain, I believe there are under 20 locations in the NW they offer some unusual pizzas, one being the Ketchikan which has sour cream, dill, and salmon. We’re not talking little salmon pieces, we’re talking thin fillets that cover the whole pizza. Unlike most pizza places, these guys aren’t trying to save a buck on their toppings, they throw it on and quality stuff at that. Only gripe: they are spendy and its not much a place to dine-in.

I thought this was a private company, but it looks like they’re a chain. I gave them a try, since they were new. This is up «the hill» and in the area where the«new» Yoke’s is at. They had a some decent choices to choose from online. We went for the Caribbean Crunch(which among other things had unique items such as almonds & mango!!). It was very tasty that night and the morning after(in a colder state). They delivered to me all the way over in Richland.
