Lovely winery! And the wines are wonderful! We enjoyed the wine and the winery so much that we joined the wine club. So glad we did!

Loved Bianchi! Beautiful view of with a lake! Tasting fee is $ 10 and waived with purchase. Less crowded than the wineries on the main highway

The grounds are pretty… Cool pond with big koi fish, and a patio which would be nice for a packed lunch or just sitting in the sunshine with friends and a bottle of white wine. The wine tasting itself… None of the wines stood out at all. Not bad enough to pour out, but nothing was good enough to purchase either. Was glad the tasting was free with Unilocal check in.

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! Definitely a must-stop on the East side. Well over 10 different wines to choose from to taste. Great all-around winery for Paso!

What a gorgeous location and a beautiful tasting room. The setting makes you want to grab a bottle and sit by the pond and relax. We were the only ones in the tasting room and our server was a delight and full of info on the wines. They were even pouring a sparkling wine which was a little on the sweeter side(by design) and while I prefer a drier champagne, I can see how this would be a hit with a lot of people. The Sauvignon Blanc was quite good and each of the Reds we sampled was worthy of more! Plus, with a Unilocal check in, we got two free tastings! What a nice touch! If you are looking for a good place to sample and chill out on the east side of town, try Bianchi. I think you’ll like it.

Last weekend four of us went up to Paso Robles from OC to celebrate my 50th birthday. We went to many, many wineries, and we had a great time at all of them. I saw online months earlier that there was a concert at Bianchi, and I made a reservation for a table. When we arrived there was a mix-up, and they did not have a table for us. Not really a big deal for me. I could still hear the band, and we just decided to enjoy the wine tasting. Upon the manager, Cardale Waggoner, finding out about the mix-up he immediately apologized. I told him it was just fine, and we were good. He then insisted that after we finished tasting that we all enjoy a full glass of wine, their treat. I thought that was such a nice gesture, and with how wonderful their wines are we were happy to accept. We then proceeded outside and found a nice bench to sit and listen to the band. As we were there the manager walked by again, and I again thanked him. He then asked what my favorite wine was, and he left and came back with a full bottle for us to share while enjoying the music. This kind of attention to customer service and the ability to make customers happy can sometimes be hard to find, but I was so impressed by his hospitality, and I look forward to a return trip to the beautiful Bianchi Winery.

The Bianchi winery is as good or better than most Napa valley wineries. The service, the view and especially their amazing Zinfandel, are the reason I keep coming back!

Took a little bit for anybody to come greet us, but once we were helped Andrew was very friendly, informative, and helpful. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a great tasting and beautiful surroundings.

The young lady who served us was extremely friendly. Our two small dogs were allowed in the tasting room, which is a necessity when we travel to wineries. Although we didn’t end up buying any bottles, their wines were reasonably priced. The tasting room was a good mix of modern and cozy, and they had some tables on the patio out front.

Made the drive down from SF and spent the night at Morro Bay before driving out to this winery. Excellent unpretentious customer service. Many other items to choose from besides wine. The young ladies even packed our 6 bottles and other goods in a well packed compact box that made the flight back to Hawai’i with no problem. The tasting room and surrounding grounds are beautiful. My husband, who usually doesn’t like to drink reds, insisted on bringing home a zin. We totally enjoyed our visit here and hope to vacation in the area or near here again

Just a gorgeous winery. The wine was pleasant, and I purchased a bottle of Zin. The best part of the tasting was the customer service. The young lady who helped us was so friendly and pleasant. She was very gracious about accepting our Unilocal check in for 2 free tastings. We purchased some meat and cheese from their refrigerator, and she brought us some plates and a knife so we could nibble and taste. She even brought us a baggie to take our leftovers with us. Bianchi definitely makes my short list of «must visit» when in Paso.

By no means am I a wine connoisseur, but the wine I tasted here was pleasing to my palate and the atmosphere pleasing to my eye! This is a very small vineyard but presented so beautifully –the landscaping is immaculate with a lovely man made lake right in front of the tasting room. The patio in front of the lake is a very inviting place to bask in the sun and enjoy your favorite wine. Though we were the only ones in the tasting room, I imagine this place draws quite a crowd on the weekend. The tasting fee is $ 5 for 5 tastings and you get to keep the engraved wine glass. We enjoyed everything but settled on a white for the Mr. and a red for the Mrs. And again, we scored a very nice wine carrier bag!

First off… start by enjoying the views/scenery just driving to the winery. You get to drive along the winery, vineyards, and pond just leading up to the parking lot. This was our first time to Paso Robles and about our 4th winery stop out of about 8 between 2 days. Bianchi is the stop we will not forget! First pulling up we had to get out into the vineyards to take pictures. This time of year in any wine country is the time to go to see the beautiful vineyards full of leaves and grapes getting ready for harvest. We then proceeded towards the tasting room and got awestruck at the beautiful wood decking and pond with many fish including large koi. There are even many tables/chairs to enjoy a glass(or bottle) of wine! After taking many pictures we decided to walk into the very open and sunny tasting room. The wall is full of glass windows and doors looking towards the pond and lets in a great amount of light. We were a bit delighted to see we were the only customers early in the morning in the tasting room(it’s nice not having to work your way towards a crowded bar for tastings). We were then greeted by Suzie who made the rest of the experience great for us. Suzie was VERY knowledgeable in all the wines the Bianchi has. Red, whites, sweets, and even sparkling — they have it! She was very friendly and not pushy and was more than happy to help us out. After doing two tastings(1 different one each to try multiple) we really did not find 1 wine that we did not like. After enjoying the property, wines, and service we were more than happy to sign up for their wine club. They have many different clubs(2 bottles, 4 bottles, 6 bottles etc) all quarterly shipments(or pickups) and you can pick reds, whites, or mixed. Depending upon the quantity of bottles you get added discounts to the wine, logo’d merchandise, and to their rental property. Also, you get access to their remote control boats for their pond, which we didnt get to try out. Don’t forget you would also get free tastings for you and your friends anytime you are in. This winery was our favorite stop among our 2 day wine tasting trip! What even made it better is getting a THANKYOU card in the mail today and it was even personalized talking about things we discussed during our visit. This makes it feel that you are more of a special client to the company rather being ‘just a number’. Make this a must go to place in Paso Robles when you are in town and be sure to see Suzie!

The service at Bianchi was excellent, i enjoyed the pond and there was live music during our visit. Very friendly staff who is ready and willing to discuss their wines. Small and cool winery with character. The zinfandale was great, check out their shop inside the tasting room. Pretty cool stuff.

What I love most about Bianchi is the outdoor seating area with the koi pond. I love fish. I find them mesmerizing. The wines are nice here. They are affordable and beautiful. The staff is friendly(who in Paso isn’t friendly, though!) and knowledgeable. This is a great place to buy a bottle of wine, bring a picnic, and sit in the sun with friends.

We primarily stopped because of the name. My husband has a few Bianchi bikes. We were the first people to arrive that day. Huge tasting room. A friendly staff person full of knowledge. A large selection of wines. We bought two bottles. A nice outside area with a pond. A nice place to stop with the million choices in town. If we are back in town we will stop again.

Loved the wine(i’ve had their wines for years at my local wine lounge). Winery was off the beaten path and Paso Robles is definitely an awesome wine region. The service was great(not too busy so the pourers’ were very attentive). Didn’t try any of the whites but the reds are always above average(very drinkable especially their Zinfandels)
