I have happily used Leticia and her crew for years to clean commercial and residential properties we manage. The cleaning service these ladies produce is top notch! I highly recommend there services to anyone!

Recently used them prior to moving in to a home we purchased. 2 workers, 2 days cost me $ 790. I paid and asked for a receipt with cost breakdown. I have asked twice and did not receive any response after the 2^nd request.

This company charges you $ 28 per person to come and clean. We hired their service (3 cleaners) to come and clean the house we just moved into. House was empty and they did not need to clean the carpets. 3 hours later and they had only cleaned the kitchen and one bathroom. When my husband asked when they would be done they told him 3pm. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? $ 588 for a house cleaning — this company should be ashamed of themselves. I called the owner and she told me that her team was correct and that they would need more time. She also told me it can take one person up to 2.5 hours to clean a shower… A SHOWER! I told her that we would pay them the 3 hours but they needed to leave. So now, $ 250 later, I have to come home to a dirty house. I will NEVER use this company again and will recommend everyone to stay far, far away from them. I will be contacting the BBB.

I have worked with Letty and First Class Cleaning for more than 4 years now. We work both personally and professionally as they are my personal housekeepers. I also work with them on pre-​listing cleans for homes that I list for sale along with cleaning properties at the close of Escrow. Letty has been wonderful to work with over the years. Often times I give her very short notice on cleanings and she is always able to make deadlines. She is responsive, an excellent manager, and has a respectable rapport with her crews. 1^st Class Cleaning also offers environmentally friendly, non-​toxic cleaning supplies which so many of my Clients are grateful for. A clean home after a 70+ hour work week makes me a happy guy! I will continue to work with Letty and her team for years to come, I cannot thank or refer them enough!

Leticia’s First Cleaning Service has been cleaning our vacation rental in Cambria, Ca. for almost 10 years. Her team is very efficient and pays attention to detail. Also, her team is very flexible and trustworthy. There are times when we need the house clean within two or three hours. Her team is very accommodating. We have been using Leticia for some time now. Her team is prompt, friendly and attentive. On the rare occasion when some task has not been done to my satisfaction, it gets fixed, no questions. The owner is responsive, and a real pleasure to work with.
That all being said, it is a fact that while the owner, Leticia, is fluent and easy to communicate with, the individual cleaners may not understand your English. I have successfully relied in Leticia to bridge that gap, and if you work with her, and do not speak Spanish, you should do that too.

We were very disappointed in the service. Our mom was coming home from the hospital and we wanted everything to be very clean and sanitary. The women were more concerned with making fancy folds with washcloths then with cleanliness. If you use them, be very specific as to what your expectations are as they don’t understand very clean and sanitary.

I am writing to express my continuing high regard for Leticia’s staff and her standards.
The team is on time, thorough and willing to take on special projects. It is a professional service which carries insurance and workers comp and is bonded. This is a sign of responsibiity and it is appreciated.
My work schedule is full and omplicated at times. I know my home is clean and well cared for. Thank you Lety and staff. Tomorrow is my day! Hooray.
