One of our favorite places in Paso. Always good, fresh and a big variety. The staff is very attentive and take pride in the place they work. From salads to rice bowls, all soooo good!

This is hands down, one of my top 3 favorite restaurants in this area. As the years have gone by, of course price has gone up, which unfortunately has kept me away for a good minute, but any chance I get, and I’m there! Everything is so fresh and by the taste you know they take pride in what they create. Everything from the side salads, to the entrees to dessert. Service is great and always friendly. I love the trivial pursuit on each table. Breaks up the monotony of the day and the sitting waiting for delicious food.

Things to know before you go: Grab a menu as you come in, order at the counter, get your own drink, seat your damn self, and place your number on the table. Now that the hard stuff is done, this place is really delicious. And really, really overpriced. They have an eclectic group of menu items. All on the healthy side. They make a salmon sandwich that’s on point. It pairs best with their tomato basil soup. And when they say salad, they mean DELI salad… Macaroni, potato, etc. Pro tip: Go for lunch. The prices are reasonable that way. But do try it at least once.

I really want to like this place, but almost every time I go, I leave dissatisfied with my experience. The waitstaff seem standoffish, and I don’t feel super welcome. The ahi tuna stir fry is pretty tasty, but most of the other lunches I’ve had are pretty bland. If these two areas could be fixed, I’d really enjoy coming here because I do enjoy the cozy atmosphere.

People in my family really seem to love this place. It’s changed a bit over the last few years, and not in a bad way. The menu has gotten better and I do love the Trivial Pursuit cards on each table. They don’t have my personal favorite style of food, it’s a bit too on the line between hippy and comfort. I think that’s what they shoot for and I think they hit the mark, I am just not the biggest fan. Everything I’ve had there has been okay. From the lamb, to the bleu cheese burger, to the baked brie and artichoke sandwich. It’s all good, it’s just never been anything that made me feel over the moon. Good atmosphere and a nice place to meet and hang with a larger group 5+ people. You order at the counter and sit while you food is made and they bring it to you. Outdoor patio seating is a nice option as well.

Great food at a good price. Kind of reminds me of what a great café was like in the late 80s, early 90s, but there is nothing wrong with a classic.

Wonderful place! Had it for the first time today and got the two salad lunch deal. The salads were equally fresh as they were delicious, and the service was fast and efficient. Love this place, will be coming back often.

Great variety on the menu for lunch. I ordered the Reuben and it was huge saucy and delish with a side of sweet potato fries. My husband ordered a gyro. It came with french fries but the French fries never showed up until after he was completed his lunch. We had even gone up to the counter and ask them about them. Still they were very late in delivery. I think this is a great spot for lunch. Like I said the menu is huge. I don’t think they could disappoint that way. Great casual atmosphere, seating anywhere you like. I’ll definitely head back here

Great food, fresh ingredients. You seat yourself and order at counter. Not 5 stars because it took so long to get food and we were very hungry but other than that, delicious.

Wow! We’d planned to eat at Artisan across the street but there was a long wait there so we checked other eateries nearby and lucked into this one! Enough variety to please everyone in a group. We had the chicken Parmesan and also the shrimp tacos. Minor issues were spots of black on the avocados and only 4 shrimp spread between 2 tacos. The bread & tapenade was super fresh and delicious.

This place looked promising, walked in, got seated. Sat and sat and sat with no service. Finally got up and walked out pissed off. Found out later you order at the front. Would have been nice if someone told us as they sat us at the table.

A great little lunch spot in Paso Robles with fresh baked bread and quality ingredients. I ordered the Pastrami Reuben and a side salad. The food was well prepared and ready very quickly. The restaurant is a very comfortable setting for groups and even has trivia cards on the table for entertainment. I will definitely stop in again on my next wine tasting visit.

The salads are amazing! They just redecorated the outside patio. They already have an extensive menu and say they are adding new items soon. I can’t wait to hear what they are. And… OHMYGOSH… how could I forget. They literally have the best decadent chocolate cake in the world.(And I am pretty darn picky about my chocolate cake!!)

I love this place! It’s great for any food that you’re up for eating. Delicious salads and divine sandwiches. They have many other selections as well, such as: soup, wraps, and differently cultured foods. They have great service, and very welcoming ambiance. Don’t miss out on this place for your next lunch or dinner.

I’ve been here twice and love the cozy atmosphere! Where else can you sink into a couch, eat your food, and play Trivial Pursuit? They also had a cup of crayons and paper for my 4-year-old son to colour. As for the food, it was decent and varied. I had a ¼ chicken meal with a Caesar salad– the portion was huge and juicy! My partner had a burger and fries. My son enjoyed some plain pita. I liked how the soda and tea was self-serve. Definitely made for a more laid back vibe. You can also buy several varieties of wine from the local vineyards, so yay! I will definitely return next time I’m in Paso Robles!

Had the garlic scampi and linguine along with a creamy Thai soup. Great flavors, good facility and nice service. Strongly recommended for a casual meal served promptly. Diverse menu. Will return.
