Great wine! And great staff. We got Holly pouring our wine. We had a tasting of 6 wines for $ 10. There was music live today for an even they had, and we missed the Paella but I assume it was delicious. Loved their Zinfandel, probably my favorite Zin now, and impressed by their Achilles Weakness blend. Their cabs were a bit too dry for my taste but their Heart & Sole(Viognier/Chardonnay mix) was really good. Will definitely go back.

I came here for my second time a couple of days ago! One of my favorite wineries in Paso. Super quaint, great wine and friendly staff. I like that it is not commercial. It’s a little hidden gem in Paso! I am excited to be a new wine club member!

Stopped here while I was in Paso Robles in search of a good local winery that didn’t mass distribute all over the place. Ended up picking up a bottle of 2012 Ruby Slippers, (a 50⁄50 blend of syrah/cabernet sauvignon) to take home to my sister. The staff was friendly, accommodating and knowledgable about wine varieties of the surrounding area. They even gave me some suggestions for some other local boutique wineries to visit. Nice people, Nice place.

My husband and I just love this winery. The wines are smooth! We finally found a wine that he likes and I do. He likes Syrahs and I don’t but the««Red Slippers» we’re perfect! Their ports are my favorite here in Paso! We tried the cinnamon hooch and liked it! Excited to share with the family for the holidays!

Best winery of the trip, hands down. Or was it that this was #4 of the day after some pretty heavy pours at the other places? Well…let’s recap: We were sent here because they have Viognier’s and they did not disappoint. You get 6 tastings out of their 14 options +this day at least, she was pouring the 7 others as well. Everything was good. We bought 4 bottles: Heart & Sole — a delicious Viognier/Chardonnay mix, Achilles Weakness — a great, not too peppery red, Loose Laces Rose — perfect rose for any occasion(unless you like sweet roses, which this is not), and their Estate Viognier– a delicious version of the classic French grape. Should have joined the club… perhaps I will right now. We love you Red Soles!

We so enjoyed our winery experience when we first visited. Our recent visit was to check out their new distillery. The service can certainly add to my/our enjoyment; we didn’t particularly enjoy this visit; the person who assisted us didn’t appear to be very friendly, knowledgeable, or … interested. A rather steep $ 10 for 3 tastes(although the tasting did come with a complimentary shot glass with logo). When tasting, we’ve usually made — at minimum — one purchase because we either liked the product, or because the experience was so nice; however, no purchases made this visit.

By far our favorite winery in Paso Robles. Tiffany is always so friendly and generous. She has a great heart and is very knowledgeable about so many things. She is a pleasure to chat with every time we pass through Paso Robles. She is always full of great recommendations of places to visit while in town, and take her time chatting with you and explaining the different vintages. Randy is the best! A very savvy Vitner! He’s in the trenches hands on and is extremely knowledgeable. He spent part of his Syrah harvest explaining his operation and letting taste the newly fermenting grapes he was using. He truly takes pride in his grapes and cares for his crop as well as his guests. You can taste it in the final product. No wonder they have won so many awards! Randy even distills his own Brandy. The limoncello version is incredible! The grounds are beautiful and very peaceful. A must visit location if you are in Paso Robles.

I am a local Paso Roblan. I hadn’t been to Red Soles in quite some time. We have so many wineries, it’s overwhelming. Red Soles is one of best places to go. The wine is good and the owners and staff could not be more fun or friendly. The first time I went(many moons ago), they had just opened and the owners were serving. They were such nice people and I enjoyed the wine. I just went again this last weekend and Tiffany helped me and my boyfriend. She is just fabulous; knowledgeable, fun and friendly. I highly recommend this winery! I bought the Viognier and Syrah.

This is by far my favorite winery. The ambiance is great, the people are very friendly and eager to share information about their delicious wines. I love their wines. Randy the owner and wine maker is very nice and a gifted wine maker. This place is a must see if you’re in Paso Robles. I’m looking forward to going to the lunch with the winemaker next year. I did it a few years ago and it was fantastic.

The wines this year are outstanding. It’s hard to leave without a few bottles of wine in tow. You must sample the hooch!

We came here based on another tasting room attendant(Le Vigne which was great also) that had tried their wines during a cheese and wine pairings and boy were we lucky, this winery was great. We loved the heart and soul and the limoncello brandy the best! Don’t get get me wrong everything was great but those two stood out! The lady that helped us was so friendly too! We may even join wine club next time. Red Soles is a must!

Wish we could rate this higher! Friendly, unpretentious but knowledgeable staff — very chatty and welcoming. Randy kept bringing out the cheese plates! Massively generous pours(after visiting Red Soles we decided to split our pours, and wish we hadn’t — they were so comparatively tiny!) Also fun to meet Randy’s son and taste some powerful hooch! Our favorite winery of our Paso trip!

Great staff and seems like they are going to have some fun events coming up. What I liked more then their wine was the brandy tasting.

A smaller tasting room, a little off the beaten path but worth it! Great place for wine tasting. We Really enjoy their cabs. Their events/pick up parties have been fun too. We have been in their wine club for several years. Enjoyed our latest visit where we got to try brandy. The owners and staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable.

Very friendly staff, enjoyed great tasting and even got to learn little about Brandy. The father son team were great in explaining various steps. Even offered us a tasting of Hooch. I regret not picking up a jar.

Horrible. Everything had a vinegar aftertaste! The servers did not really even give us the time of day. Did not explain a thing about the wine.

I was kinda done wine tasting for the day, so I sat this one out. My hubby and our two friends went through their flights. No one wanted to buy anything, which doesn’t happen very often w/us. We went here upon recommendation of very young couple on a previous wine tasting jaunt. Will consider the source next time.

Very personable winery. We had a nice experience while visiting Red Soles! The gal serving us engaged in conversations while being very knowledgeable of the wines she served. The big plus(aside from the wine) is that this winery is DOGFRIENDLY! Love this feature since we had our weim with us! The wine was great! We ended up buying the sticky paws dessert wine and a cab, both delicious! This winery is definitely worth your while when visiting the Paso area!
