The store manager is just a rude asshole!!! He does not help the customers like they deserve. He has a really bad attitude as well. And I walked passed him speaking to one of the employees like they were garbage ! This store will be closing down Just like all the other Kmarts. The worse part is that there ridiculously expensive for no reason!!! You can get the things they have either from a dollar store or the mall for less cheaper ! There rip offs!!!

I will never shop here again! I purchased some stuff online. Called customer service twice to see if it was available for pickup. Twice was put on hold and no one ever came back to the phone. When I DID pick up my order, I found that this person who put me on hold twice and ignored me was a manager. Obviously not a very good one. And while I paid for my order online, they made me pay for it again in the store. Even though I got the store manager, I still had to pay again. Now my charge is on my credit card twice and I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. AND… I called the day before Thanksgiving to ask what the holiday return policy was, and I was given incorrect information… way to go K-Mart…you suck !!!

The last time I was there the cashier did not communicate effectively. First she mumbled if I wanted some kind of customer rewards card. I can’t fit any more cards in my wallet. Then she mumbled if I wanted an extended warranty. I didn’t think that was necessary for a $ 13.99 coffee maker. Then she mumbled if I wanted to make a donation to some charity. Maybe that is why it takes so long at check out. I wanted to buy some food, but the cans were dusty.

I wasn’t expecting much going to this Kmart. I figured the area wouldn’t be the best, and it wasn’t. I waited to go here when my husband could go with me. I placed an order on . The ordering process was simple. I was able to order the 2 items I needed and at a decent price. They are part of the Shop Your Way rewards program along with Sears and Lands End. I only shopped at this location because they had Zout available, where as most other locations in the area did not carry it. My local supermarket stopped carrying it and I was just about out of it. And I was able to pay with my SYW points, so my purchase was essentially free. To pick up online orders, you need to go to the Customer Service counter. I got on line(there were 2 customers in front of me). There was only one associate helping customers. I waited a decent amount of time to be helped. When she got to me, she asked me for my ID. And here is where an issue arises. My SYW account was changed to my married name, yet for some reason whenever I place an online order whether it be at Kmart of Sears, my maiden name always shows up on the orders. So, knowing that this happens, I carry both my new license as well as my old one to show people that I’m the same person, just changed my name. Well, she gave me a hard time about it. I’m sure I’m not the first person to get married and change my last name and I’m sure I won’t be the last. She ultimately let me pick up the order which I already paid for, but she really didn’t need to give me grief about the name issue. She could clearly see that it was me. Other than that, the store just seems very run down and old. It’s very tired looking. I won’t be coming back to this location.

OMG! This was the LASTSTRAW! I have never had a high opinion of this store except that it was nearby and therefore convenient. However, this last time I went in and was shopping, I found DEADMICE! Now I’m not stupid and realize every business can have a pest control problem, but the amount of mice and the piles of droppings I found made almost sick to my stomach and I use to work for a county coroner’s office. I reported it to some(assuming) front desk manager who was very blasé’ about what she heard. I’m assuming it wasn’t the first time. That type of attitude with the staff there is obviously systemic of how management actually manages their store. I could never get any competent help from the teenagers who were less than willing to get off their cell phones, and would rather POINT in the direction they believed the product I was looking for was to be found. Also the language they used with each other in front of customers was horrid. I later found out one of the people swearing was in fact one of the assistant managers. REALLY? There is a discount store located directly next door to this Kmart and the treatment I receive there is 10,000% better. AND, no mice! Whomever I feel is paying off the health inspectors to not close them down is paying a good sum of money. This store is filthy, disgusting, the staff are rude and unaffected, and the quality of merchandise is not very good. As I stated earlier, the only reason I went there was convenience. I’d rather drive the extra 10 minutes and go to Walmart or Walgreens, or CVS, or ANYWHEREELSE.
