The worst of the worst if you ask someone where something is they look at you like a dear in the headlights. Shelves are a mess store is a mess things are miss marked or not marked at all. If you look for something as advertised you never find it. How they stay open I don’t know.

Ok so this is a kmart slightly higher up on totem pole then a walmart … They have a big selection of crap… most of the time I look online before going here to see if things are in stock. Most of the time they are not, even though it says it is on the website. ANNOYING… Also I hate the layout of this store. The clientele are not the best either. The prices are good though I will give them that. And I’m not a fan of the security guard at the door.

Disgusting. Bought a new K-Cup Reusable Filter online and picked it up in store. When I opened the box at home, it was used with Coffee residue all over the filter and the box. I don’t know how anyone would even take this back, not to mention selling it back to the customers. I would never shop at K-Mart period.

This has to be the worst Kmart on the planet! Every single time I browse their website or go into the store they are out of stock on EVERYTHING.
It’s in a strip all but it’s the only thing left. The store itself is in need of a makeover. The staff as well.
Save yourself the grief and go to the one in Paramus. Clean and well stocked.

This is definitely one of the worst Kmarts I’ve ever been to. Their customer service was horrid and lacking. I had to wait around for such a long time to ask about an item. The smell of cheap clothing permeates throughout the store reminding me of a typical Brooklyn discount store in da hood with those carts with the high flag pole.
This store is located in a jinxed location, where businesses somehow fail. The supermarket former known as «A&P» failed as well. I would venture to guess that Kmart is next. Then again, it could be that it’s just Lodi’s clientele.

I come here for toys and tools.
They carry Craftsman tools, since they are owned by Sears and my son likes their selection of WWE wrestling figures.
Other than that, the store is dumpy and the customer service stinks.
