You suck!!! All you have to do is listen to the person on the phone and take the order!!! But no!!! It’s freaking impossible to get the order right!!!

Had the worst service ever. The pizza, was cold the wings, were bad. It was a waste of $ 31. I called them and tried to get a new pizza and wings and the manager said the pizza was supposed to be greasy that she would not make a new one. So I called the corporate office and they are going to get in contact with them. It wasn’t really the pizza but the lack of customer service that really upset me.

First time eating Pizza hut, i didnt realize that the Pan style is nothing like real pizza and apparently they use the same bread cover it with sauce and cheese call it a pizza, then cover the same bread thing with cinnamon call it cinnamon sticks and then cover the same bread type thing with cheese and call it cheese sticks, it was the worst pizza i have ever eaten, i am being generous even calling this Pan style concoction a Pizza, its nothing like pizza at all, bought the $ 10 dinner box, i would recommend staying away from Pan style completely, i will not even attempt to taste the other styles and remember not to get Jalapenos only as a topping they were so tangy drenched in vinegar i couldn’t taste anything else. HORRIBLE MEAL

The delivery was right on time. But I ordered half cheese half mushroom and I received a few mushrooms scattered along the crust. One side of my pizza barely had any cheese and the other side wasnt cut at all. Cheese was also stuck to one side of the box. Very disappointed

Worse Pizza ever! I’ve tried giving them a chance but they are just horrible. I’ve gotten my pizza 2 – 3 hrs later and at 2 different occasions actually got my pizza raw… THE DOUGH WAS STILL RAW. Got a refund for the delivered raw pizza i got by going back to the actual store. I rather just eat from their Paterson location on Rt.46.
