We stopped by for lunch. The food was pretty good. I had the special, a pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and fries. Husband had Philly steak sandwich. Both meals were served hot, service was very good. This restaurant is very small, limited seating and only open for breakfast and lunch Net time we will try breakfast.

First time customer. Good coffee unlike your highend coffee joints but decent. Good food. And a variety of gift items.

Yes this place has some amazing home-made pastries. Yes they are very reasonably priced. And yes they do offer coffee. The«Café» portion is pretty weak though as the only coffee they have is generic coffee in a couple of coffee thermoses right by the door. The pastries are extraordinary! They are made in their kitchen every day so you will always get fresh pastries. If I remember right you can get a cinnamon bun the size of your head for $ 1.50 or something like that. The price may have changed but it’s right around there. I love that it is a local, family owned business and the family has their young kids working there and helping out. That’s outstanding. My hangup was with the service. The kids do an amazing job helping out and they have excellent customer service. The owners, however, do not. My last time there I was literally pushed aside while I was buying something by some other customer who was not even in line at the time. The customer just happened to know the owner and was having a loud conversation with her from elsewhere in the store. I guess my buying some of their pastries were interfering with their conversation so the lady got up from her seat and moved me over so she could continue talking with the owner. The owner was cool with that and never said a thing. The kids who were waiting on me looked embarrassed that that just happened but they couldn’t really say anything at that time. Once the obnoxious customer left the owner kept moving the kids out of the way while they were trying to ring me up so she could go about what ever it was she was doing. I guess she had some place to be but it was quite inconsiderate and again the poor kids kept looking at me like they were really sorry. The owner never acknowledged I was there, she just kept prattling on to her kids about where she had to go. Once that was all done the kids were able to finish up and apologize to me for the«wait». I like the kids and those amazing pastries. I didn’t like the owner or the rude customer.

God bless the Christian Corner Café! There are few reviews where I wish I could give more than 5 stars and this is one of them! I am fortunate to have found this café/bakery and it being so close to home! The hours are a bit tough, since they are only open till 4 pm, but they are also open staurdays, so this will be my new saturday bakery! Everything they had was 5 stars! I went hog wild since they prices are very reasonable (huge muffins $ 1.50, cookies and pralines 50 cent, $ 1 donuts that are also huge, $ 9 a whole pie!!!) The muffins I tried were blueberry, oat bran and banana nut and all 3 were top notch, fresh, fluffy and full of flavor! the cookies at 50 cent each were big and FILLED! My favorite, the peanut butter was filled with a homemade reeses, thick chocolate and creamy peanut butter in the middle of a fresh and fabulous cookie! The chocolate chip, filled with a silky piece of chocolate, the macedemia filled with smooth white chocolate ect. DREAMY! The pralines were also exquisite — hummingbrid cake, a fruity delight covered in top quality white chocolate, coconut, I could go on for days… Let me just say anything you eat here will want you wanting more! The donuts fresh and fluffy and I didn’t even eat them till that night! The cream filling, best I’ve ever had! This is worth the drive from anywhere, the owners mom makes all theses goodies herself daily, bless her heart, she is a true baker with heart and soul you can taste and feel the love in every bite!
