Starbucks

I go to Starbucks everyday to study with my brother. We love this location and spend our hard earned money on delicious drinks. We spend 1 000 000 pesos every week. This location, although friendly, it is very bone chillingly cold. I am from Siberia so I would know coldness. My fingertips have frozen off and I had to dip it in my coffee to bring it back to life and stick it back on. That is how cold it is at this location. I will edit my review when this Starbucks comes out of polar bear temperature to human temperature. Otherwise ¹⁵⁷⁄₁₅₇.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks to go to, since everyone working there is very friendly and professional. They’re very accommodating if you’re not sure exactly what you want, or if you have a specific recipe you’re looking to try.

The temperature outside was around 65 degrees the day that I went into this location, but as soon as I stepped inside I was met with a bone-​chilling cold. I was wearing jeans and a hoodie when I went in, but after I had been there for 20 minutes I was shivering and had to leave. Don’t plan on studying here or doing work unless you wear a winter jacket or are used to working in arctic conditions. If their plan is to turn down the temperature to avoid having customers stay too long then they are doing a fantastic job.

I was really excited when they first opened because it was close to my home. I’ve been disappointed though. I work night shift and was happy to see they were open until 10. There have been multiple occasions where I have attempted to go around 9 – 9:30 only to be told that their grill is closed already or when they were supposed to be open until 10:30 they say they’ve closed at 10 today. It seems like they are annoyed when you go between 9&10. I get it, I’ve worked in food service and hate the last minute people which Is why I would never come less than 20minutes to close time but ultimately, we are the customers. Even when people would come to the drive thru at 2mins to close I would never act as if they are a bother. We all have places to be but this is your job and if you aren’t happy then there are lots of other places hiring! Just be friendly and courteous please, you never know what someone’s going through and when you’re annoyed because I come to get coffee so late in the day, it’s because I’m on my way to work to save some lives –so thanks for the caffeine boost :) this is only friendly criticism

They are friendly and efficient. Not much to say since they haven’t been open a long time. It’s clean and inviting. I’ve had a couple times where the drinks were made incorrectly, this is due to having a newer location and new staff. The management has always made it right though with a replacement drink during the next visit.

Love the drive thru! However sitting inside can be very awkward a few hours before closing time. Reason being: the workers sweep very closely to customers and my personal experience, the broom actually touched my foot. The lady said nothing and neither did I.
It gives off an impression they want customers to hurry up and leave so workers can go home. That’s the only part that sucks about this place, but overall good drinks and friendly people.

Finally a decent starbucks location in the southeast! This is my go-​to starbucks location if I’m studying late, because they OPEN LATE till 11pm on weekdays. The staffs are courteous and the store is generally clean.
One feature that people may love/​hate is the long sofa along the wall. After a few hours, my lower back started to ache. For readers, I think it’s excellent, but for people who are studying or using laptops it’s a meh.
Oh, and the sofa is divided into 3 sections and there are 5 tables, so whenever someone sits down next to you and if your sofa is one piece, you may enjoy a little roller coaster ride, BUMP! Haha, surprise!
Also, they have the biggest outdoor area of all the starbucks! A big PLUS during summer days.
I haven’t tried the clover machine coffees yet. Hopefully, by the next review update I have.

They have this new machine that most starbucks don’t, Clover machine. Kind if a expresso/​French press. A little more $ but well worth it. Not bitter at all. Clean clean. All starbucks are clean but this one stands out. Nice addition to our community. Very friendly staff.

The staff is new like the store but if they’re slow they are also friendly, cheerful, and a joy to interact with. If you’re not in a hurry they make sure that your drink is worth the wait!
Also, they’re open late!

This is a very new location and seems to have some service hiccups to work out. First time I went was on a Saturday morning and the drive through was very slow. Today I also went through the drive through, ordered a quad espresso machiatto and that seemed to confuse the order taker. By the time I got to the window, someone must have explained it. Product quality both times was good. Cannot recommend this location if you are in a hurry.

Fast service this morning! Lots of parking and easy access to the freeway.
This location has a drive through, but go inside for faster service.
