Terribly slow slow slow service. Chicken tenders burnt sent back and brought back out after at least 20 minutes burnt again. Refused to eat. Up charge after up charge. Generic children’s menu. Very unsatisfied will not return.

Last night around 9pm they decided to lock their doors. People were still inside and should have been open for a few more hours. After attempting to get someone’s attention for over 10 mins, someone finally opened the door. The waitress said«I’m sorry we decided to close early because we ran out of food!» Never once said we only have drinks or limited appetizers if that was actually the case. Not even a note on the door to let customers know. This was our second time here. The first time we had horrible service, the bartender was more intrested in her friends at the bar than actual customers. We chalked it up to a bad night. Last night we figured we would give it another shot. Lesson learned.

Never had an issue. Good service, decent food, good specials. Expect 45 minutes for a pizza on half price night otherwise it’s been 15 minutes.

Stopped in mid afternoon and it was delicious. Shared the onion dip with the table it was really good. Wasn’t to oniony at all and would be great with some cheese on top. Then split a stromboli and mmm it was delicious. Big enough to split and the sauce was fantastic. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a more relaxed setting that’s sort of bar like but still good for families.

We’ve been here a few times now and overall this place is great. The Tuesday specials and trivia keep us coming back. The pizza isn’t the usual Neapolitan style but is more of the usual American chain style. Great seasoning, crust, and toppings though. The arugula is awesome. Some of the appetizers are a bit expensive I think. Cool Coke machine for the kids to enjoy too.

Three stars, this is a 3⁄5 star place. Went on a Tuesday for half off pizza night and sat at the bar. When we arrived it wasn’t that busy but by the time we left the place was full and very understaffed. Wife ordered a mix drink and I ask for a beer list because they had a good amount of taps. They didn’t have a beer list so I got up to look at the taps and ordered an IPA. Bartender was great the entire time, I never had an empty beer and our drinks arrived quickly. It looked like the bartender had to take care of the bar and the whole bar area which was 5 – 6 tables and some booths. It was way too much for one person but she was running. We order pizza and it took over 30 minutes to arrive. Wood fire pizza cooks in high temperature and less than 7 minutes so this was surprising but we were not in a hurry. Pizza was okay and seem like it had too much oil. The atmosphere is nice and the place is clean. Overall this place needs some work but they have some potential. Pizza should be better and they need to add more staff members but other than that it’s not a bad place. Thanks for giving us great service Lori!

Good pizza & good atmosphere. I love the gluten free pizza crust. Service is friendly but could be just a bit faster.

2 stars for food only. If it was on food only. I’d give 5 stars. I’m an experienced bartender. And had dinner w my sister here. Server forgot my soda. 5 times. I got it at the bar. And I ordered a guiness which is in a bottle. Which is to be served in a pub glass. That too I had to fetch from the bar. My sisters food comes out. They never told me my pizza would be 2 hour wait. Oh joy. I would have ordered something else. Every time I went to the bar the bartender was on the phone cussing at someone. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is merely for the fact that my meatballs… Because I canceled my pizza. Was delicious.

Good food and a great atmosphere. My kids love the fire places and I love the beer. It’s worth the trip but be ready to pay extra for the fire, it is pricy, it cost my family of 4 $ 60 after the tip. 2 kids meals 2 draft beers(during happy hour) 1 glass of wine(also at happy hour prices) 2 dinner entrées

This was my second and last time going here and here are the reasons why: 1) My chicken tenders were disgusting and taste like rubber. After 2 bites I just had to send them back. I didn’t reorder because didn’t want to wait another long time frame. Instead, I ate my friends french fries. The fries were cold, salty, and majority of them hard. 2) Even though it was less than 10 people there it took forever to originally get the food. 3) It’s overpriced for pizza & upscale bar food. 4) Service is mediocre at best.

I really wanted to like this place, so after my first bad experience I chose to make a return visit. but the second trip was remarkably worse than the previous time. Just not very good pizza and subpar service.

This is my second time at Gratzi and my last. Had pizza last time– it was just average. Today I had a ceasar salad. The salad was good but the plate was so small everything was falling onto the table. I then ordered their mushroom Swiss burger, medium rare. Burger came medium well and had the taste of being on a dirty grill. So charrred it was terrible. The beef itself had no flavor. I tried the bun separately, and its flavor was off as well. Not worth my hard earned cash. Place was clean service was ok.

Been to Gratzi twice. Had the pizza arugula both times. Very tasty pizza. Crust is chewy with the right amount of crunch. Toppings are piled on nicely. Beer prices are not good. 14.00 for 2 Guinness and 10 for 2 corona. Will return but will probably only drink domestic drafts next time.

Great food and generous portion. The only complaint is that the imported beers prices are a bit high. $ 6.50 for a Guinness. Other than that, great place.

Ok I want to be clear, I live in Pickerington and I wanted soo bad for this to be the best pizza in town. I arrived with a party of 6 for Sunday brunch and got seated quickly. I ordered the lunch special including a salad and personal pizza. Salad was ok but the pizza. My pizza was undercooked and was slightly better than momma Rosas pizza from Krogers. Sauce was below average but the worst part was the crust. How can a crust suck this bad with no character no Taste! The centerpiece of the restaurant is the wood burning pizza oven. Good wood fire cooked pizza should be cooked with a little char and hint of smokey goodness. My pizza was a bland doughy flavorless mess. Then as I walk past the oven I noticed the problem. No Wood in the damn oven! Are you kidding me? Tips for the owner: 1. Get a real recipe for good pizza dough make it in house daily. It’s not hard I have one or two that are much better than yours 2. Get a real recipe for fresh pizza sauce yours came out of a can. 3. Put some wood in your wood fired oven. I know it’s a pain to maintain a wood oven but you need a high temp wood fire oven so your pizza is better than Little Caesers. 4. There are no excuses for you not to have the best pizza in town. You have a beautiful restaurant and a great oven. Strive to be the best. Right now the best pizza around I’d Little Sicily’s in Brice. Check it out. I want you to have good pizza please fix your recipes.

I was looking for somewhere good to eat one Monday afternoon because it was a rare occasion where my husband and I were both home with no kids! I read the Unilocal reviews before we ate here but I know how Unilocal can be sometimes so we decided to try it anyway. Well, the Unilocal reviews were not entirely off-base. The pizza toppings were sparse, putting it nicely. The service was okay. The décor was good. Clean and modern, liked the TVs, the bar, the lighting, the tables. It was a nice big restaurant and felt like a nice place. But the food itself… not good. Our main issue was the SALT! Waaaay too much salt. My husband’s meat Stromboli appeared to have table salt sprinkled on top of it! Neither of us could finish more than half of our meals due to the excessive salt, and declined to take the rest home when asked… however we were not asked if it tasted okay. So I guess that tells me they don’t really want to hear the bad, because something was obviously not right. So, we won’t be back. I was pretty disappointed, as Pickerington lacks nice places to eat. I really hope they take these comments and try to fix what’s wrong, because it can be done.

This is my first time here. This is a refreshing break from my holiday shopping. The atmosphere is very inviting. The fireplace is a great touch. Not too loud in here looks family friendly. The prices are good. The service thus far has been excellent. I ordered the turkey burger, fries and a Coke. All fresh and hot, well except for the Coke it’s ice cold. This is worth the drive for me from Olde Towne East where I live to here.

This would be a one star review of it weren’t for the excellent service. Our server, Jon S. was friendly, attentive and helpful. The restaurant is spacious and the décor is nice. But, food was our main objective and it wasn’t very good, in fact, it was quite gross. Ordered the build your own pizza with three toppings for about $ 18. There was very little sauce and they were stingy with the toppings. The pizza was about average medium size and tasted processed or boxed. Also tried the pizza burger. The beef was disgusting. It was dry and had a synthetic flavor. I’m guessing it was a pre-cooked, chemically-flavored patty-that’s how it tasted. It was inedible, sent it back, but at least the server was plesant and no hassle taking it off the bill. Baked potato soup-meh. This place is a terrible waste. Pickerington needs more restaurants. Any half-decent restaurant would do very well, especially in this area of town. With the amount of seating and nice enough décor, this place has the potential to make money and provide a place to eat in a town that’s lacking many choices. I would love to see them hire a chef and revamp the menu, using quality ingredients. Unfortunately, it’s more likely to be out of business soon enough.

My expectations based on other reviews: I would walk into a stinky, dirty dive, be served a soggy, undercooked, bland pizza and be overchaged by some snotty server who didn’t give a damn. Seriously, I’m not sure why Unilocal is hating all over this place. My experience: I walked into modern, «upscale» sports bar that smelled pleasantly of pizza. The on tap beer selection behind the very nice brick/stone bar was decent. My server was on top of things and very nice. Of course, what lured me in, despite the Unilocal hate, was the promise of wood fired oven pizza! Oh, and it was Tuesday. The pizza itself is pretty decent. This is NY style. The dough is a bit denser around the rim, so you don’t have any fluffed up air pockets. It is quite charred and chewy, however. The toppings were flavorful and good. Shrooms were a tad rubbery, but had good flavor. The sauce. .. .well, there wasn’t enough of it to really comment(which also made everything a tad bit salty). A nice robust sauce would bump this pizza up to possibly five stars. All in all, this place is definitely worth a try. The best pizza in town? No. Worthy of Unilocal’s two star rating? Hell no. Don’t let the hate scare you away — give it a try.
