Nails by Bry-Jen

After a nightmare experience at another salon, Nails by Bry-​Jen was a breath of fresh air. Jen was welcoming and sweet. Conversation was easy as she gave me my pedicure. I asked for flowers to be painted on my toes and gave her cart blanche on color choices. She did 2 different designs and allowed me to choose my favorite. My feet felt great and my toes looked so pretty when she was all done. Jen did exactly as I asked and the price was great! I will definitely be back!!!

I’ve been shopping around for a good nail place for ages… I finally found one. Bryan and Jen are a blast, and they do a great job with nails. My nails have never fallen off, they literally grow out.
The quality is what really matters when it comes to nails. I’m super busy and I can’t afford to have a nail fall off when I need them to look pretty.
They are open on Saturdays if you have a job, and most weekdays they’re open until at least 7pm. The best thing about Jen and Bryan is that if they don’t have enough time to do a good job and not keep you waiting an hour they’ll tell you come back another day. I hate waiting in a nail salon for an hour and then getting bad, rushed service.
I highly recommend Nails by Bry-​Jen– they are worth the wait. When you go see them tell them their favorite English gal sent you ;)

I don’t even live in Pataskala, but I drive to these guys. they’re good and fast and I can call ahead and find out if there’s a line. I’ve been a lot of places and Bryand Jen are the best!

It’s been awhile since I have even bothered to try to go here, but I have a few suggestions that would greatly improve things:
1) Answer the phone
2) Have a simple voice mail message stating what the business hours are.
3) Keep reasonable hours so that people who work can actually get there.
4) When patrons call a good hour before closing, don’t discourage them from coming in.
The service when I did get in was ok, thus the second star. Pricey, though. It’s not a day spa, it’s a strip mall nail salon and this was the most I have ever paid out of the many I’ve been to.

I didn’t care for the service at all this time. Usually they are great but today my nails kept breaking because they were too thin. So I went back to have them fix them and he made them sooo thick underneath. I will not go back.
