Super Wok

Anytime I order food for other people when they come back to visit they always want the Super wok! The food is always fresh and always delicious the owners are second to none the wonderful people

We really wanted to like this place but unfortunately that really wasn’t the case. The staff were so friendly so it’s sad to say that the food is pretty bad. I had the hot & sour soup and it did not taste hot or sour but just yuck. I also had the szechuan beef and the beef tasted more like pork, it also was not spicy at all. My husband had general tso and said that it was not too bad but not great. The fried rice was odd because i didn’t see any egg or anything that would indicate it was fried rice but instead was yellow. The eggrolls were decent and the portions are big.

We went here for lunch on July 28, 2014, and will not be back. The «food» was not good at all. The chicken didn’t taste like chicken at all, the veggies and rice were rubbery, the soup was lukewarm, the Dr. Pepper from the fountain was warm and flat, and even the fortune cookie was stale. We won’t be back.

Really great food and owned by very friendly local family. My husband and I try a lot of chinnese places, but always come back to Super Wok. Even though we live 30 min away now, we still make the treck back to pataskala for take out ever one or two weeks. I recommend ordering the hot and spicy chicken in a combo platter, its not on the menu, but is an item on the buffet bar that is wonderful!

If you’re looking for fine dining, this isn’t the place, it is Chinese fast food. That stated, their food is consistently good, their chicken teriyaki appetizer is to die for, the chicken curry is delicious. I hesitate to order Mongolian beef from most places as typically you get a take out container full of onion, but not here! High quality for inexpensive Chinese.

super wok is one of the best Chinese food I’ve had. I live in pataskala so am able to frequent it whenever I wish, I Love everything that we have ordered there. This family run business have consistently served up good food that is good but also ample portions. Alex my husband manages finish off his portion but I have always ended up taking half my meal for dinner tomorrow. The egg rolls can’t be beat and the broccoli chicken has become a personal favorite. Hubby likes the spicy dishes so he can speak for those. I’m not a fan of spicy. You must try the teriyaki chicken love it.

We usually order To Go. Huge servings. Good prices. Good quality. You are greeted nicely when entering. Buffet is just OK. Their fountain pop has never been mixed properly. Never tastes good. I recommend their take out.

Very poor preparation. Chicken and scallops both so undercooked they were still cold. Major food safety concerns here.

I’ve had Chinese food in Hong Kong, Japan’s «Chinatown» (in Yokohama), San Francisco’s Chinatown — and various places in-​between. A vast majority of them were disappointing. Much to my surprise, Super Wok was not — I love this place!
It doesn’t look like much. You walk in and there is a counter — and you can see the cooks of the family-​owned business hard at work over the stoves beyond it. The menu is on the wall, with large photos of many dishes. There are also paper menus on the counter.
I’ve never seen anyone eating inside the dining room — but it is a large space. Not fancy. But clean. I understand they have buffets here at lunch but I’ve only visited evenings. There are always people seated in front waiting for their orders — this place is busy.
EVERYTHING is very good! All of the ingredients are fresh. And the portions are HUGE. This restaurant is much better than many Chinese restaurants I’ve been to in San Francisco. I am amazed (and lucky) to have it so close to home here in Ohio.
