My kids loved this place… it was my first time coming here. The games were fun and the food was better than expected. I love that they put a stamp on your hand that matches your children so that they won’t be able to leave without you. Worth a trip!

Have not been here in at least 5+ years. We went there for a birthday party a couple of weeks ago and must say it was nice. My daughter had a great time!

If you have to go to a Chuck E. Cheese, and you’re willing to take the trip. I would go to Commack instead. This place is a filthy mess, and half the games are always broken. I’ve been there for 3 birthday parties now, and I’ve been disappointed every time. I won’t judge them by the food, it’s Chuck E. Cheese not a a restaurant.

The food is average, but you’re not going here for the food, right? Bring a lot of patience and you’ll have fun!

The best Chuck E. Cheese in eastern Long Island. Probably because its the newest.

NOISY&CHAOTIC but what else do you expect from a kids restaurant. The pizza was actually alright but it was so busy the table they gave us was so far from the play area where our son was we picked up our stuff and moved ourselves.

Used to love it here regardless of cleanliness.

As you might imagine, kids love this place — the place where«kids can be kids» as the slogan goes. From the time you walk in, you notice that the place is clean, most everything appears to be in working order and kids are laughing, running, and playing all throughout the place. They have a nice area set aside for catering to children’s parties where they serve up pizza, birthday cake and have floor shows with Chuck E. himself. The food, while certainly not gourmet, is edible — the pizza is nothing to write home about, but most kids don’t really care too much. On the plus side, their sandwiches are pretty decent and the buffalo wings, fries, etc. are enjoyable finger food. The one thing that rubbed me the wrong way about this particular location — and maybe it was just a bad day for them — is that the coveted tickets that the kids collect to cash in for prizes at the end of the day were not dispensing as they should from many of the machines. Granted that the staff was very helpful and pleasant about taking care of the issues when they were notified, but it seemed to be happening much too frequently here. A silly qualm, but just figured that I would mention it. My biggest problem with this place(and others like it), is that they are breeding grounds for germs. It is inevetible that someone comes down with a bug a day or two after visiting Chuck E. Cheese’s. Perhaps it is unavoidable, but maybe it might not hurt to do a better job of wiping down the machines at the end of the day. Oh. .. btw. .. security is well thought out and implemented. They stamp all members of your family with a UV reactive stamp and are sure to check all family members on the way out to ensure that every child goes home with whom they came with.
