Great atmosphere, felt like I was on vacation with the palm trees and beach seating. Food was delicious, especially The Polynesian dishes, and the drinks were made very strong, although both were a little pricey… Definitely worth spending a little extra for such great quality. Can’t wait to go back this weekend!

Went to this place for an event paid $ 20.00 at the door/person. I asked once for drinks at the bar and paid right away. When I checked my bank statement the next day I saw I was over charged. I called and spoke to the manager. He agreed I was over charged. He apologized and stated«people make mistakes.» He promised my refund within 48 hours. I never received my refund and never heard from him again despite me contacting the venue. You’ve been warned DONOT leave your credit with the bartender you may end up paying for someone else’s drinks. Seriously, this is abusive to customers and completely outrageous! I’ll NEVERGOBACK! Shame on you Tiki bar!

If I could give this place a ½ star I would. Living in the patchogue area and finding a decent place to enjoy nightlife outdoors on a weekend night you would this would be the place. Palm trees, chairs in the sand … But think again a 10 dollar cover for what a band hopped up on drugs !!! I went this past Saturday night to a crowd of maybe 40 people and the band was atrocious I don’t even sing and could have done a better job. Oh wait go on Sunday’s when they make a giant burger over the fire pit just a waste. I don’t understand how you can go down the block to Dublin deck and they can’t keep the people out of there and this place can’t draw a good older crowd. Time to switch it up. Get new management in the place and get your act together. Sincerely someone who thinks your place is awesome but everything else sucks get some good bands and people wouldn’t mind paying the cover and the crowd will follow !!!

I will never go back! Arrived with a group of girls for a bachelorette party and the bouncer at the door was kind enough to only charge us $ 5 instead of $ 10 per person. Bouncer stated the cover charge was for the band so we weren’t thrilled about the charge but we dealt with it. We finally got in and we noticed the band was cleaning up! How can you charge a cover for a band that ended? We all were extremely annoyed about it but we left it as is. Drinks were VERY weak and crowd was a huge disappointment. Great location and ambience but the crowd killed the atmosphere. What a shame on this place.

We went to Off Key Tiki today for a Mother’s Day brunch. Our first time there. We had reservations for 12noon. There was a little bit of a wait, but it was understandable, as it was raining, and no one could use the outside tables. We were greeted warmly with an Hawaiian lei, and watched as Kathy, the restaurant manager, took the situation into her own hands in making room for more inside tables. She even moved a table upside down on top of her head to quickly make space for our table of five! The food selection was awesome, the live band was great, playing mellow reggae music. The atmosphere made us feel like we were in the Caribbean! Soon the sun came out and we walked around outside. There was a fire in the fire pit, and comfortable chairs set around the fire. The property is right on a marina, and part of the area is filled in with sand, so you feel like you are right on the beach. Highly recommend this place, and many thanks to the wait staff and Kathy, the manager, for making sure everyone had a grand time. We will be back!

Amazing place… I can have to spend the whole day there. Great food, music and friendly staff. I truly felt like I was on vacation even if it was just for a day. I highly recommend to check this place out.

Got a groupon for this restaurant. Service was horrible. Drinks were watered down and over priced. The calamari appetizer tasted like rubber. Canceled our entrees because we waited over and hour for our food. Waitress still brought the food out(we ordered the seafood combo). Food was bland, rice was mushy and we couldn’t even eat the rest. Waitress comp us some drinks but it did make up for the poor service and low quality of the food. We will NEVER eat at this establishment again. They need to close down and start over. Sad because the location is nice. We ended going to McDonald’s after because we were still hungry. Spent over $ 90.00 for this crappy food/service. We spent $ 6 at McDonald’s and we enjoyed our burger and fries from there.

The Tikki is open year round now. Went last Wednesday for paint night and an open mic night(which was a surprise). Had an excellent time. They enclosed the deck area and it was fantastic. The food was great and I was told the new chef from last season is the reason. No doubt! Can’t wait for the warm weather.

Just Don’t! The many reasons this place deserves one star take too much energy to write however I’ll say I was here in the winter so maybe it’s better in the summer??? I’m writing this because I’d hope to save one person from this dining experience, that is all… Go anywhere else.

Cool outdoor ambience, ehhhh music(live never heard of cover band), mixed crowd on the older/trashier side, weird menu, my burger was horrible, drank wine and it was $ 5/glass so I assume it’s all around cheap prices… met the owner, he was a wasted @6pm and I mean wasted like when you go on vacation… kind of felt like this establishment should be relocated to a trailer park so a nicer place can open up on the water. Met friends here and would probably never come back on my own accord… definitely worth paying a little more and the 30 second drive down of the dublin deck during the day/evening/weekday for better food and the same vibe. I don’t know how this placestays in business.

Worst service I ever had all the way up to the owner! Appetizers tasted like the bottom of my shoe… I’m home two hours and I’m still waiting for my steak. We went there tonight for my friends birthday… they were so horrible that she left crying… NEVEREVER consider going to this restaurant!

This place was great! Our group was visiting Long Island for the first time for a wedding and weren’t sure where to go for pre-wedding drinks, and this place exceeded all expectations. The bar staff was friendly and made us feel very welcome, and they also had great live music! Their happy hour special was awesome as well, with $ 2 off all drinks and a free buffet. I highly recommend this place!

Ok I never write reviews on food establishments but just have to say one of the worst meals of my life. Menu was confusing I ordered the special which was a kabob of filet minion if they want to call it that. The meat taste like mystery meat was not worth 25 dollars for two kabobs. My friend had the giant pretzel he said it was like eating Raw dough. Watered down drinks just a waste of 120 dollars. Shrimp cocktail was boiled tiny shrimp I could of made myself just yuck. I will now check reviews before going out to dinner

Scumbag owner stiffed my friends band after they played for 4 hours. Over priced watered down drinks avoid this place so many other places in Patchogue

This establishment blows… honestly. Drinks were ehhh, food was mediocre. Owner was obviously WASTED while observing the surroundings. Band was great that weekend. Drunk owner didn’t pay the band. Why did I pay a $ 10 cover? To be allowed to eat? NO! To support the entertainment. Will never go here again… beware. There are better spots on the river.

My second time here — the crowd is always a mix of an eclectic older crowd and then some young people. But the vibe is very chill and they make some very good frozen drinks. I’ve never ordered food here before but today someone was hosting a big party and they kept walking by with big trays of finger foods and everything looked really good. The cool breeze, fun live music and good cocktails makes this a nice place to swing by for a couple of sunset drinks before heading out for dinner in Patchogue. Just come casual and hang by the bar.

Food was good. Small portions. Excellent service from Christine. Not my type of crowd. Loud music. Not the best band. Swore I smelt pot once and we were there at 5pm. Ok time won’t be back.

Went here for some relaxing beachy-type atmosphere, drinks and food ~ I think I, pretty much, got that. It was quiet since it was raining, the bartender, Michael(big bald dude) was on point, friendly, but not annoying — had a great suggestion for getting the pupu platter(which was more than enough food), have no complaints about the service. The food was bar food, we got a platter that was mostly friend items, fingers, calamari, etc — it kinda killed my stomach, I wouldn’t say this was amazing, but it was OK — there was a cover band playing, totally tolerable. I wanna give it more stars, but I would have to go back. The scene is kinda mid’s suffolk county, if that makes sense. People were friendly, but there was a lot of tans, rhinestones and questions about my tattoos… I am not sure what else to say. :D

Went to off key Tiki this Saturday with my mom and had a great day. Atmosphere was awesome with a nice country band playing. We had this large platter for two with lobster, clams, mussels, calamari and lots of other stuff and had two rounds of drinks. After the first band finished I went back to the bar for another round of drinks and instead of the guy and girl that were on before, there was a new guy on named Tony. I asked for a double ketel and club and he tells me it’s a way different price than I’ve been paying and instead of explaining why that was, he decided to look at me like I had some kind of fatal disease. I told Tony I am a bartender at many other places and a double usually means double the size and alcohol not double the alcohol in a tiny glass. If I want a double on the rocks I’ll ask for it! He then told me I’m completely wrong and whatever bar owner who hired me should fire me immediately. I was blown away! We were having such a nice day and the other bartender didn’t bat an eye when I asked for that drink, this guy tells me I should lose my job and was a complete jerk about it. Tony has no people skills and should be fired immediately. If you come across him I would find someone else to serve you ASAP. The place it’s self is really nice the bar manager is just a giant asshole!

I came to Tiki for drinks with a few friends on a Friday night. FOODANDDRINKS There was a cover fee of $ 10, beer cost $ 7, special mixed cocktails $ 11 at the bar. A few girls ordered food, which seemed like regular bar food. There is a separate area for the restaurant, but you have access to the rest of Tiki. ATMOSPHERE The place is REALLYLOUD(there was a band). Even though it is outside, Tiki has a speaker in every corner, so you can’t get away from the loud music even if you wanted to. The crowd is over 35 mostly. There is a dancing area by the stage, but don’t bring your high heels since the dance floor is sand. Unfortunately, smoking was going on everywhere, so if you hate it, not a place to go. DECOR This is something that I really liked! They did create a Caribbean environment, for sure. Lounge chairs, palm trees… OVERALL, I don’t think I would come back. I am in my late 20’s and the loud music was impossible to talk to anyone, unless, of course, your companion and you have nothing to talk about ;)
