Rose Nails

Went here today, My first time and most likely my last. Although the staff was nice, my nails are crooked. Yes I should have said something but I honestly didn’t notice how much until after I left. I went with my daughter and she wanted a cute little heart on all her nails and they said no, only put a heart on her thumb nail. And that one was crooked and took up her while nail. The woman obviously is not very good at designs. Honestly a wasted trip. Onto another salon to fix my daughters nails as her mani was only $ 8. I’ll have eat the $ 25 on mine.
And btw, woke up with my cuticles all sore and red. I knew he cut them a little too much yesterday because it hurt but the are extremely sore today.

I was given another day out by my lovely son and he chose well. The staff were inviting and totally genuine. The salon was clean as was all the utensils and towels. Service was great and the technicians were attentive and professional. I would go again and again. I had the mani and pedi at a good price too. This is the 2^nd week and no chips or flaking polish. Holla!!!

If I could give less than a star I would. The last time I was here the man tried to pull an oky-​doke on me. I went there to get gel nails and I don’t know what they did but I’m pretty sure that they put regular nail polish and tried to use a gel clear coat. All I know is that alllllll of my nails were chipped by the next DAY! I went back, obviously enraged the next morning and they gave me a run around as to why they couldn’t refund me! It took about 15 minutes of arguing until someone would give me my money back. I was so enraged. Getting your nails done is a luxury and I hate being scammed out of my money. Do yourself a favor, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE.

They’re very nice everything was clean. And they did exactly what I asked for had a fill in and a pedicure. They gave me a bottle of water when I sat down.

Rose nails was great! The place isn’t the most modern looking or the biggest (hence the 4 stars) but the staff was nice and welcoming. They gave me a water bottle when I sat down. Everything seemed clean and well looked after. The technician did a nice job and gave me a massage after.
For a $ 16 pedicure I really couldn’t have asked for much more than what they gave me.

Went to Rose nails for the second time this past weekend. I love the service at Rosé Nails, can’t believe no one has reviewed yet. The five stars is for the customer service I’ve received, they give you water when you first come like wow got a free bottled water at the salon it’s small but the thought packs a bang. The little things do matter. They even asked if I wanted my water hot or on the cooler side for my pedicure. Never even knew I had an option usually it is what it is. On top of the wonderful service my nails look great, the price is right and I enjoyed good conversation with Alden and his brother. Very warm and inviting. Check it out. They also do discounts during the week and a card after ten visits or something like that you get something free I forget details but either way it’s a bonus more than most salons are offering. All in all great experience both times I went and this is my pedi spot! I don’t bother with manicures atm because of my work
I wish more companies took such pride in their customer service. You can tell the owner trains his staff to serve the customers well. Great business!
