Been coming here for the last three years or so — and the staff is always super friendly, super professional and awesome at all the treatments they provide. The owners /​managers do a wonderful job running such a clean and relaxing environment and their pricing is very fair. I’ve gotten facials, massage treatments, and nail treatments here a number of times — I’ve brought my husband my friends and my mother here also multiple times — they and myself have always had such a wonderful experience. Just today I came with my mom she had a one hour Reflexology session and Spa Manicure and I had a one hour Swedish massage and Spa Pedicure. Another great spa day at Platinum Day Spa!

As a business owner myself, I understand & know the hard work it takes into having your own business. The owner greets you and always there to assist you in anything. The staff are professionals, always asking if you’re comfortable, and did I mention friendly?!

I am really surprised to read a negative review as this was the second time there for my friend for a facial and my first time. I loved it. When we walked in the place it is
immaculate, very nicely decorated and we were immediately greeted by the front desk assistant and made to feel at home. Very punctual I walked in the room that was set up for my facial it was dimly lit and soft SPA MUSIC was playing in the back round. Deana was the woman who did my facial and 2 seconds of her touching my face I knew I was in HEAVEN! She has the most amazing Magical Hands. Very gentle and sooo sweet. I loved it and will go back. I never wanted it to end. She is without a doubt the person you want to make your next Facial apt with.

Never actually got to go to this place because my son brought me a platinum gift certificate before he was deployed, and because i was pre-​occupied with worry I let the gift certificate expire. Upon my son’s return he asked me if i ever used the certificate and unfortunately it was a few months over the expiration. I immediately called the establishment to see if they would honor the certificate bssed on the circumstances and basically was told that they would only allow me to use half of the certificate but i must come in immediately. The day of the appointment I ran into a delay so I tried to call to let them know but their mailbox was full so i could not leave a message, so after re dialing them for hours I finally got thru, and the owner basically blasted me. She was very rude and said she already gave me enough chances, as if my son didn’t pay hundreds of dollars for the certificate in the first place. I was done negotiations with this place, and besides i wouldn’t want to support a rude establishment anyway, so I decided to take it as a lost.
