Had jury duty and ate here for lunch. It is what it is… a greasy spoon. It doesn’t pretend to be more and it doesn’t have to. The food is made with love and the service was good. I had the chicken rice soup and chicken Caesar wrap. Soup was better than the wrap but both were good. As others have stated it does get busy since it seems to be the go-to for the county building. They also do not take cards, but have an in-house ATM.

This little luncheonette has only a few booths and a hand full of stools… What it does have is a menu full of great food at a great price. Everything seems to be made in house with fresh ingredients. This is some of the best tasting food in the area from burgers to an amazing grilled chicken wrap. The soups and salads are made and served the day off… I feel sorry for anyone who disagrees.

Best lunch spot in Paterson. Bernie and her husband are good peopleand take of their regulars. The best burgers any day you go. On Thursday get a gyro and pea soup always great. Little tight inside and gets busy at times, but don’t let it deter you.

Ya know, i was going to give this joint 5 stars because the burger was great. BUT the waitress came back and did something to my check. When I looked, she had upped my bill a buck because I asked for a refill! Mind you, this was only a small cup already 2⁄3 full of ice! I even had to ask for it! There was no checking whether I wanted any more at all. If you are used to friendly service, you may be disappointed, remember though that this in NJ and Paterson too. Need I say more?

Tiny diner near the court house. Serves breakfast and lunch. Six stools and a few booths. Down scale — plastic plates and plastic cutlery. Friendly staff; quick service. Food is inexpensive — $ 3.00 for a burger, $ 5.50 for a burger deluxe. Eggs with toast, home fries and coffee was only $ 3.50. Cheaper than McDonalds. And they make Taylor Ham sandwiches — which is good news as far as I’m concerned. Not much to look at but OK if you are in the neighborhood. WI-FI, yes you can get a strong signal here. Much better than the iffy signal at McDonalds. It belongs to the building apparently and it is open.
