I went for lunch and had no issues with the service or food. Nothing spectacular or tragic happened, but I wasn’t expecting anything other than getting a hot meal in a timely manner. I would return again.

Very dirty. Our coffee mugs had lipstick on them we had to ask for new ones our silverware was filthy! They must of hired some lazy person to wash the dishes. This is my second time coming here and both experiences were horrible. Never coming here again! Yuck! If I could rate this place a 0 I would! The waitress was very nice but that’s it.

New ihop in the area so I assumed it was going to be packed… it was the staff was friendly but the service wait was a little long our orders took a while to come out other than that the place was alright.

I’m writing this as i’m eating at this location. While my mother loves ihop, i usually pick the local Diner for a breakfast adventure. I’m not one to complain or look for someone to get in trouble, for i have worked in this industry for 7 years.
Never have i had a poorly service such as today. Now i don’t blame the server, i blame management for not being on top of their new servers and for letting someone come out of training with little to zero knowledge of what they are doing.
Now it has been 20 minutes, i received my food at minute 12 but i yet have not received my drinks. What makes it worse is that i’m someone who likes to drink while i eat, but that’s just adding wood to the fire. Anyway, i might give this location another chance, not anytime soon.
Hope everyone enjoys a better experience than i have.

Waitress Damaris and step members were very friendly. I had chicken Fajita, Strawberry and banana pancake, Nutella Crep, they were delicious.
The store opened up about 2 month ago.
Only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because the utensils were dirty, they had something on it and I feel like foods are little over priced.

This IHOP is brand New so of course the service is top notch. Actually this is my second visit here and nothing has changed as far as Service. The servers are all young, energetic and very friendly. I’ve noticed they are attentive, polite and well– mannered. We know you can’t go to school to adapt those traits/​skills. And if you do it will not take place Overnight!
Today they had the pancake special 57 cents for a short stack so business was Booming. Might I add when the food came out, pancakes were fresh and so were the sausage. They are working like a team in this place, no man shall fall.
Of course I will return
