Rude and racist employees I have nothing else to say. Every time I order from here and anyone else I know orders they are scared to make a mistake ordering or take long ordering with a fear of the employees spitting in your food or doing something to it. You need to be super polite to the rude employees and also not make one mistake.

Greasy as it gets I order a fish sandwich it was like they dipped the whole sandwich in grease and the people working there are rude as can be never going back!

Out of all the places I didn’t enjoy, this was my first thought.
Starting with the surroundings, when you get there, you are man handled by homeless people forcing themselves to your window for your change, the employees do not do anything about that. The next thing is the service, they literally don’t care about what you want and just want the order over with already. The food is worth its 2 $ and it is not bad, honestly I do like the food but it is not worth the whole suitable. I would not recommend.

It’s just another fast food chain, but definitely a step above places like McD’s and BK. Their seasoned fries are probably the best out of any burger chain. Their chicken sandwiches actually taste like chicken, and I get the spicy version frequently. Their burgers are good, with their Checkerburger and Big Buford having visible beef patties, sesame seed bun, with all the fixings for a good price. Do not overlook their 2-for-menu at the drive-thru, which has some good deals. When I come here, it’s usually because it’s late enough so that most places are closed and I don’t want to cook at home, but this location seems to be pretty secure and well lit. Definitely recommend if you need something quick in the area and you’re in a mood for fast-food burgers.

This was my first ever visit to a checkers. I arrived at 1:30pm on a Sunday. I don’t think there is an indoor seating arrangement. The only setup that I saw was the drive thru and a walk-up area that is similar to the old bank teller stations behind the glass. The only seats I saw were all outside the building. I ordered the Big Buford combo. I ate once I got home. The burger was fine. I expected less. I really liked the french fries which I think is better than McDonald’s. Next time, as long as I don’t have to exit the vehicle, I might give it another try.

This is my most favorite fast food place. I stopped eating your franchised burgers. But this is the only place I am still addicted to. I love the spicy chicken sandwich and the fries/chili cheese fries are just amazing. Best place to get a tasty, but unhealthy meal.

The food was great and fresh. Got fries, cheesesteak. The one staff member was extremely rude, but everyone else was okay. The wait was long, but worth it since the food was hot and fresh. Also, later tried an Oreo filled waffle cone, which was good. The ice cream was really soft though, it would have been better with a harder consistency like DQ.

I love Checkers. Dont know why they have not been able to become a fast food staple. To me their food is just as tasty as the big chains, McDonalds, Wendys, etc. My go to meal is a Spicy Chicken sandwich, Chili Cheese Fries and a milk shake. It is insanely good. Only knock, and it is a major one, is location. For some reason Checkers are located in impoverished areas. This particular checkers? Wear a bullet proof vest. The employees are rude. And one annoyance is the drive thru. They have two lanes. One of which has a concrete wall on the right side, sandwiching you in between the building and wall. There are literally inches for error. No way you make it thru this drive thru with an over sized vehicle.
The food gets 4 stars.
Service 2 stars.
And chance of getting robbed or murdered… 0 stars.
