Great place for take out or dinner in, I frequent here with my family they love it, my faves are Seco de cabrito or their ceviche, must try tripleta. Really good food######

This place is the real deal! I have been to this location a few times. I tasted their pollo a la brasa which is awesome; but i am addicted to their chaufa special! This place make it right and give huge portions. Their food is fresh, full of flavor, and you get free corn with your meal! This place takes the cake if your looking for authentic Peruvian cuisines.

Have to say that the food here was very good, but the service is slightly lacking. I don’t know if it was because of the time we went, or our group size of 11 people, but a lot of what we ordered was either forgotten or mismatched. Two from our group did not receive their orders until well after the rest of us were served. Half of us weren’t asked for drink orders until after we ordered our food. If you’re coming with a large group, I’d recommend you look elsewhere.

I come here all the time with my family and friends and have never had a disappointing dish! Their lunch specials are excellent for the price and the portions are enough! I always walk away full! Weekends there is usually a wait so I stay away but it’s BYO so it’s worth the wait! The staff and owners are always friendly and make you feel right at home! Great restaurant!

Not my first time having Peruvian cuisine BUT it was my first time trying ceviche! It was a great experience! Anyway here are some pros! 1) Neat and Clean place including their restroom which was super clean. 2) Servers accommodate. We didn’t even have to ask for a combined dish since it was just me and a girlfriend having Ceviche and Seafood Paella, the waitress automatically gave us a cheaper option of a combined dish. Trust me it was definitely enough food because we only finished about ¾ of it. 4) Lots of seating available and good for groups. The only con I had about the place is that parking is difficult since its a pretty busy area, and it is also metered. All in all it’s a nice place to grab some Peruvian munchies!

top notch authentic Peruvian cuisine at a reasonable price in a heavily Peruvian area of Paterson. ceviche mixto was awesome. chicha morAda is a good accompaniment. they have a full bar, which is where i sat, the waitresses were friendly and making conversation with me. toasted corn with a nice hot sauce and lime brought as a free appetizer. i shall return ! if you are in Paterson to visit the falls and historic district this is within walking distance(well not super close, but walkable)

Awesome Peruvian food… their Jalea and Ceviche combo is to die for… Plus all their typical criollo plates(papa la huancaina, tallarin verde, lomo) are so delicious. The parking situation can be a hassle but the food is worth it, plus it’s BYOB!

Great authentic Peruvian food. Papa a la huancaina, tallarin verde, all the classics and then some. The surrounding area looks rough, but the atmosphere inside is great. Word to the wise, if the local Peruvians come here regularly you know its good.
