They are very expensive, they force you to buy 2 glasses instead of whatever the insurance is willing to pay. They double charge you for frames you can get at Walmart. They won’t even give you a prescription if you want to purchase frames or contacts from another company. Even if you ask them what the insurance is covering they’ll say is just the lenses and not the frames and you have to pay the rest out of pocket. Which is a lie, I’ve gone to other places and whatever the insurance pay can be deducted if you want a different set of frames.
