I love coming here when we visit the in laws. They hook you up with huge portions of top quality food in affordable prices. Definitely my favorite chinese fastfood. Highly recommended!

How do you expect to hold a bussiness and you guys can’t even pick up the phone ! This is the most terrible place in Patterson ca to eat. ALL PATTERSON DO NOT EAT HERE ! This is a very irresponsible place.

As far as fast Chinese food goes this one blows– the food was luke warm and rubbery, unless you are just looking for something cheap then it would be fine.

Zero stars for this place! Please NO ONE eat here! As i ate i found what seemed to be a jitter bug! Puked then got my money back they didnt even argue! Like they knew they fucked up! Disgusting chewed the damn bug! If i get sick they are getting a lawsuit for sure! A family behind heard as we spoke to them and a few ppl left the philthy place!

I love the food here on top on customer service! They are really nice people here very friendly and on top of it all the portions you get are more than enough to feed you for a fee days! I love the warm comfort here! I recommend this place for Chinese food!

For a hot quick meal, run into China Wok. Good portion size for the combo plates and a decent price. I get a two item combo plate and large soda for $ 7.49.

Everytime I’m in town I make it a point to stop by, I like their chow mein and sesame chicken for the price you pay not bad at all

I love coming here for sushi it’s the best they make it fresh right in front of you and very fast service the reason I give it 3 stars is because I don’t really like anything else they have to offer

Fast food, panda express like food cafeteria style. The portions are very generous and the prices are also very good. Overall it’s pretty good chinese food that you can stretch into two meals.

Food here seems like it sits a majority of the day. I’ve gotten sick from eating here before. The chicken is very chewy it makes me wonder why. Very dry tasting rice and the entrees are kinda plain. I ordered sushi here before, it could have been prepared better since it fell apart when I picked it up with chopsticks.

All these bad reviews are uncalled for, this place is actually really good they give you so much food for $ 5 Panda Express is twice the price and taste really bad, the people are obviously asian and don’t speak much English but they are really nice best place in town for Chinese food.

In response to earlier reviews, this place is not buffet style but cafeteria style; you choose what you like behind the counter glass and the help dishes it out. If you want more, you pay more. Also, I have not seen «dishes» that would be washed. I’ve always been served in hinged take out containers whether eating in or out. And the forks and spoons are plastic.
I drive over 60 miles round trip to visit this place, partly because I enjoy the drive down hiway 33 but also for the good Chinese food this place offers. I think the food is great, although I always order the same lunch: chow mein, chicken & mushroom, and sesame chicken. It is wonderful food and in about a half-​dozen visits it has remained consistent.
On the other hand, the ambiance is not so good when mamma ain’t happy. On two or three occasions, the workers in the back have made such a racket by shouting — especially some lady that must be the boss. When she’s cranky she pretty much ruins the visit with her loud, shrill voice. On the plus side, they haven’t inflicted their choice of music on me.
Also, they charge a small fee for using a credit card. While that isn’t such a big deal, it seems awful petty nowadays.
The food is five stars, the ambiance is one star. I’ll give ‘em three stars.

After reading the other reviews on this restaurant, I’m glad I haven’t been singled out, because the people working here are at best indifferent about customer service and friendliness. I give it 2 stars because the Hot and Sour soup is surprisingly edible. I’ve had a couple other things here, both edible though forgetable. The problem we have in Patterson after discovering mice droppings in the rice at Golden Lion, is there are no choices for Chinese food. There are 4 other Chinese restaurants in town (now 5 if you count Panda Express) and all of them for various reasons are a worse choice than this one. Patterson is truly a gastronomic wasteland, but if you want chinese food without having to drive 15 or more miles, I guess this is worth a try.

I never had any problems here. The owner is a nice lady. She adds more food to my combo plate, which I did not ask for.
I don’t really like buffet style serving so I don’t come here as often. Their war wonton soup is delicious, and inexpensive compared to Mei mei’s.

This was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had!
It was a typical day when I got a craving for Chinese so decided to give this place a try since I recall the eggrolls were tasty. I went inside to grab some and saw the tray had only one remaining (3 for 1.99) so I asked if there was some on the way. The female cashier said yes and asked if I wanted something to go with it. I decided to try out the hot food since I was starving. I also ordered a lunch combo and paid before I sat down for rolls to be cooked. Some more customers rushed in as I snacked on my entrée waiting for the eggrolls.
After about 10 minutes, I was wondering what was the hold-​up. I went up to the younger cashier, and checked up on my order. She got confused and handled one of the larger eggrolls ($ 1) that they sell. I informed her I wanted the small ones I paid for, for 3/​$ 1.99. She tells me they’re out, even though the older cashier said they were on the way. I asked for my money back because now I was tired of waiting and did not want to pay for something I didn’t order. She gets upset and tells me fine. At this point both of them come up to me and tell me they’re out, and tells me this is all I can get. I demanded my money back. Not only did they not refund my money, they shove the roll back in my face and told me to get on my way!
Terrible customer service and I hope you all avoid this restaurant. The food itself is mediocre but the service makes the place completely horrendous. Patterson has a handful of better options for Chinese. Do yourself a favor and visit Mei Mei right behind the lot or Li Xu’s in downtown for some better alternatives.

If this place has moved and is now next to Savemart on Sperry, they are HORRIBLE! A) they do their dishes in a handsink (not up to code at all) and do not sanitize them. B) There food sucks and the main issue I have is C) the owner is RUDE! She always doubles up when you say ONE item just so that she can charge you for two items and when you tell her, «no, I said one item», she gets mad and then dumps it back into the main service area! She is even rude when out in public. I saw her at CVS and she plops her detergent down in front of me when I am paying at the small window. NEVER supporting this woman totally due to her crappy customer service and GREED.

I go here at least twice a month and they are always nice and friendly. The lady working there always gives me free spring rolls when I order. Good food, hot and fresh, the portions are huge too. I’m a fan!
