Dollar Tree Stores

I love this place. It has the best seasonal goodies. The only downfall is if you see something and think «eh, I’ll get it another time» you may not find it again. They had these cute storage bins and I passed them up only to find out they will never be in stock again. I like getting seasonal decorations, party supplies, stationary things, arts and craft goodies for the little ones, and gag gifts for family members during the holidays. I tend to stay away from the personal hygiene supply because I personally prefer products with natural ingredient. They do have a lot of beauty products such as makeup, bath products, etc but I have not tried them. I haven’t tied their food either because once again I prefer natural and organic things, but if your adventurous in the food department I say go for it. I know a lot of people who love their chocolate. Just make sure you check the expiration date. This store makes it easy to stay on budget but I have to limit my trips here because I will buy just about anything. It’s a fun place to let the little ones pick out all the toys (and sometimes candy) they want without breaking the bank. Overall, I recommend visiting this store. I always find my way back to it.

Can you get lots of cool things for a dollar here? You betcha. But why does it often smell like a sewer near the checkouts? The carpet appears to be perpetually damp near the registers too. Was grossed out again today when I ducked in to grab a few odds and ends. Wish there was another Dollar store closer to me so I didn’t have to endure the smell.
If you have an alternate store, use it.
