Always on-​time delivery and friendly employees! Consistent food.
Last Friday I placed an online order very late, about 11 PM. Order went through fine. Restaurant called about 15 minutes later letting me their driver was in an accident. I could either wait 45 minutes to an hour for delivery or cancel the order, have my money refunded and my next meal would be free. Since we only live about 10 minutes away and were hungry we offered to pickup. The employee agreed and said he would discount my bill. When I arrived, not only was the food hot and ready, but we got it for free. The employee was so apologetic. Kudos to Papa John’s in Patterson!

I was first introduced to Papa John’s when I was in college 10+ years ago and it was my favorite go to fast food type pizza. Three words, garlic butter sauce. I recently moved to the Carmel area and discovered a PJs in Patterson who will deliver to me!
I placed an order online for an 8pm delivery yesterday, 1⁄9 and it arrived right on time, if not a couple minutes early. Everything was 100% accurate and the delivery girl was perfectly pleasant and polite.

Pizza was as expected, Service was TERRIBLE, Girl behind counter looked and sounded as if she hated her job. She was rude and treated me like I was making her go out of her way when I asked for another ranch dressing.

It is pretty good! It’s pretty new, so it could use some work, but they’ll get there! My friend Tyler (Wong!!) works here. My friend Jack also works there. He puts the sauce on your pizza. :)
