Fresh, hot food, great prices, and they deliver in 20 min flat whenever we order. Family run and they are all incredibly nice. I’m a fan of the wonton soup (best I’ve ever had), potstickers, and chicken chow mein. Definitely eat here over the other Chinese place!

Love it! After moving we left our favorite chinese restaurant, but I’m happy to say this place is amazing! I’m glad to say this place has replaced my old restaurant. Try it:)

The Chow Mien was great when it finally came. We waited for over an hour and watch a table who sat at the same time as us eat and leave while we waited on our food. We also painfully and hungrily watched as pickup orders were filled before our food came. Worse yet, When my the food for my wife and I came they had to double check the order and still couldn’t get the kids their food. We finished our dinner before our kids food arrived. Disappointing, I’m sure they meant to get our order handled properly and I’d try here again in the future but we were really ticked off at this particular visit.

Not sure why this place has such negative reviews, it’s your typical Chinese restaurant nothing fancy. I haven’t tried anything special besides the chow mein they offer. It is so good something about the noodle seasoning kills me. They taste sweet but are well done. Definitely recommend. Also great prices!

The chow mein is to die for! that is it for me, although i noticed i can get sweet and sour chicken so that might be what i order also next time.

I usually shy away from negative reviews. Now, I have had other menu items in the past here which were good. But I just have to say I ordered the Szechuan Beef with steamed rice and it was one of the worst things I have ever tasted in my life! Ranking up there with Stinky Tofu and Thousand Year Old Eggs. The beef was battered with some raw goopy mess and was drowned in a brown syrupee sauce that almost tasted like molded pancake syrup! Really Mei Mei chef, sit down and try your food one day before embarrassing the Szechuan province!

My family and I moved from the bay area to patterson and I can honestly say that Mei Mei is very good. They make your food to order and is very delicious. We have tried a few things from the menu like the mussels in garlic sauce, house chow fun, chow main, fried rice etc and have never been disappointed. Price is reasonable highly recommend it.

For being out in the middle of no where, Mei Mei’s restaurant is pretty good american chinese food.
Service was good and food was satisfying. Fortune cookies had odd fortunes.

Mei Meis has decent Chinese food. I gave them three stars because I don’t care for their egg rolls; they have a weird flavor/​taste to them that is not appetizing. And sometimes their food is flavorless. They also deliver.

Excellent is the by word for this restaurant. Food, excellent; service, excellent; prices, excellent, etc.
The restaurant was clean, the bathroom was clean the servers were pleasant and fairly quick. It would’ve had five stars if they’d had beer or wine.
You have to try the fried prawns, they were just soooo good. Light batter and very tasty.

Pluses are fresh quality Ingredients, inexpensive and flavorful dishes with good portions. Large selection of dishes as well Cons are slow service usually due to high volume of takeout business and less commonly ordered dishes vary in ingredients. All in all it’s a safe bet for everyone and a good value
