They didn’t fulfill my mobile order so I had to remind them when they were super busy would t even look at me. Asked later and she couldn’t even find my order, so I was not very happy with the efficiency. I actually came back in to ask for a change on my coffee because the temperature on my blonde roast was not satisfactory. Coffee needs to be served HOT!

I was so excited to learn there was a Starbucks in my new home town. Six years later I still love coming here. I meet friends, study, work, have breakfast, lunch, and dinner, or just a snack — not all in one day, of course! My husband is a tea drinker, and enjoys the variety of flavors, with caffeine, decaf, and caffeine free. Baristas are friendly, patient and professional, whether you’re a walk-in or drive-through. My sister appreciates that they are open on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day; she dislikes holiday traditions(I still love her!) I’m there right now — come on down!

I go to Starbucks for my husband’s coffee addiction. I actually don’t like any sort of coffee. So I can’t comment on the coffee itself… But the service is terrible! I waited for 15 minutes in the drive through w/only 2– TWO cars in front of us, but that wasn’t the worst; the next week my husband waited 25 minutes in the drive through. Going inside doesn’t save any time either. Ugh! Very frustrating. I can see if the line is unusually long but almost a half an hour for an over priced coffee is frustrating! Once your in line you are stuck, so it’s not like we could have left. The manager needs to step up customer service.

Employees will lie to you. Asked him to ring it separately so I could get to stars and lied straight to my face saying he already did it. I then watched him swipe my card to pay for it. Just didn’t wanna do the extra work. Every other Starbucks I go to does it for me. If you go to this location make sure you don’t get the employee Alex cause he’s very rude and does not make Starbucks a pleasant experience. He’s not the type of person who should be working for this great company. Very unpleased!

Pros: convenient location off of the 5, caffeine for the road, my order has always been correct Cons: always slow(drive thru AND walking in), bathrooms are dirty, baristas aren’t professional I drive the 5 a lot and have stopped here many times since it’s the only Starbucks in the area. I ignored the poor service a few times because hey, it’s a busy store and there’s a constant flow of traffic/travelers. Plus, everyone has a bad day. Unfortunately, I’ve never had a good experience here. Management, please take notice and provide more training for your employees or more help in the store!

Awful… We asked for 3 simple caramel crunch frap… And got a very tasteless coffee that just had caramel drizzled on top, with no caramel crunch on top. AWFUL just don’t stop here for your Starbucks fill. It was that bad that I took the time to send my girls back in to ask them to redo it or give me my money bad while I did this review.

Wow! Outstanding customer service and amazing coffee! I received a beautiful strawberries and cream Frappuccino, I’m mean it it was super cute the way they presented. We ordered several coffees from cinnamon Chai latte to flat white and all super rico!

I ordered from my mobile device before going into the store. My coffee order was ready immediately and the staff was friendly and appeared to be in good spirits. My order was correct and the store looked decent. The drive through looks convenient but I can only imagine waiting behind a minivan ordering 6 custom Frappachinos. I am not sure why the minivan makes it worse… but it does somehow.

I’m not a HUGE fan of Starbucks, but I will say this place is just ridiculous… Its always SLOW when I do go, the level of service is just whatever, you are lucky if you get what you ordered, and they always run out of stuff. Seriously… It’s embarrassing!

First of all, I’m a resident of this city and I had been getting Starbucks from this place and since they changed manager they had been making a lot of mistakes when we order drinks. They even had ran out of straws, bad customer service.

I come here because it’s close to my house and the next one is about 30 minutes away. But I do not abide their sloth or incompetence gladly. The line in the drive-thru is always minimum 5 – 6 cars and the wait can be as much as 20 minutes just to provide your order. And a good portion of that is spent at the speaker waiting to be acknowledged. At 10:00 on a Sunday, forget about coffee altogether. Going inside isn’t usually much better. A little faster, maybe, but then you have to deal with the unfriendly, ungracious staff face-to-face. On top of it all, you’re lucky if they get your whole order right. When they don’t, it’s not worth mentioning because they don’t care and are so rude about it, I worry what else I will find in my drink other than coffee. Patterson is a huge opportunity for a Starbucks given its location. Travelers will always stop here. That doesn’t justify the complacency and apathy of the owners of this place — believing the money will roll in, even if they neglect their local customers.

This was the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been in. Bathroom had paper all over the floor and black nasty spots that needed to be mopped. Counters were Dirty and need to be cleaned. They were putting the drinks on the nasty counter.

Wait in line 25 minutes at drive through, asked why so long the response was waiting on whip cream” OMGREALLY?!? And before leaving informed them irs been absurdly slow the last 5 times or so… response«yes, we know we are slow» Next time I’ll get a gallon of tea at Walmart for same price!

Hell hath no fury like a 34 year old college student trying to get an assignment finished on a Sunday evening while driving 10 hours to get home in the same day. My husband and I stopped in to get coffee at 9:00pm(store hours are listed on the door– clearly open to 10:00). After sitting down to my laptop and working for 20 minutes, the staff turned out the lights on us! Not a one courteous word or «hey guys, our store is closing» was spoken by the young and clearly rude staff. My husband asked a young man behind the counter about the lights to which he replied«oh, the drive thru stays open until 10:00 but the store closes at 9:30.» I realize that these teenage workers probably wanted to get home but customer service and basic communication skills are needed.

Definitely rude employees came in with my friend one night and sat down to drink our coffees There was still about 10 – 15 min till closing time and one employees yelled out«omg I can’t wait to get out of here» Her version of saying«get the F*** out» So rude and have never gone back Plus pretty much a dirty place Almost never clean
