I was there on Sep.3, 2011 to fill up about 10 gal. into my IS250 with 91Premium Gasoline at Pump#10 at 11:16:38am., but the gas station had the Diesel in the pump instead. My car death on the road, and had to rent a car, extend my stay in SF, towed the vehicle to Lexus Dealership; missed my work for several days. All these things, made me & my gf trip totally unpleasure & emtionally stressed.
They had nationwide insurance, but the insurance agent was very hard to reach and speak with, the dealership won’t start working on the car until they get the hold of the insurance agent.
