Why would some one take there bike to a shop that advertises for help wanted no experience or tools required

I went to this store twice, and both times the customer service was poor. During my second visit, there were two employees at a desk talking when I walked in. However, neither of them greeted me, and I had to find someone to help me locate a product as no one was in the service department. When I did find an employee, he informed me that they were very busy, even though I was the only customer in the store. When I asked about a product, his response was very rude. I won’t be back.

Good shopping experience. They did not pressure sales. I defiantly will be coming back. Incorrect hours on the Unilocal site, but besides that they were helpful.

I had a great experience at Paw Paw Cycle. I was riding my old 1981 Yamaha when it lost brakes. I decided to go to Paw Paw Cycle to have them take a look at it. For only $ 25.00 they looked at it and told me what was wrong with it. It turns out that it needed a simple repair that only took a matter of hours to fix. The repair was done right the first time, but unfortunately I didn’t have the opportunity to try it out for very long…
While waiting for my bike to be repaired I was looking at other motorcycles. The friendly and helpful sales staff was very attentive and passive about the sales process, letting me look at my own pace. My eyes caught a new Yamaha R6 — they got me financed that same day and I rode it home.
Since then I have been back for their award-​winning service, professional parts and accessories department, and the cheapest tires on the face of the planet.
