We are so sorry for the service you received on what turned out to be such a busy evening we had not planned on. My employee’s actions were unacceptable and action has been taken to correct this. We are very glad you reached out so that we could apologize to you as we had not been able to do that evening. We learn from our experiences, good & bad, and continue to grow from there.

This place is horrible!!! I went in there based on the review on here and that was the worst mistake ever. I walked at 6:45pm, which is 45 minutes before they close for a fill which is totally doable, this past Wednesday evening. A lady walked in right before me and she was taken right away as a phone call was made in order for me to be done. That was the craziest I have seen. Then while we were waiting the older lady, I am assuming the owner’s wife, began to remove the polish from my nails. Okay, not so bad. Then she decided to make a phone call and began yelling into the phone, which was placed on the table. As she continued to get more into the conversation and upset, she paused working on me at least 5 times and while keeping the electric file spinning near my finger. She also kept tugging my finger even time her voice rose an octave. I kept pulling back until finally on the 4^th time I got up and walked out with my right hand totally removed of polish. I went to a salon down the street, sweetheart nails and they took me. They stayed an extra half hour passed closing to complete my fill. They did an EXCELLENT job and it was not rushed at all. I like nice quick fills with excellent and detailed work.

Wing and his wife May are excellent. They consistently provide wonderful customer service and they make my nails look AMAZING!
